When the desktop interacts with Nvidia Telemetry container

Click on the windows button + R at once to start a RUN dialogue box. After that, enter “services.msc” in the provided space and press ENTER to begin the Services Screen. If it displays the user account control-UAC, select YES to allow Administrative Privileges.

Once the Services Screen opens, search for Nividia Telemetry Container on the services presented to you. When you locate it, select it and select Properties.  

Once you open the properties screen of the Nividia Telemetry Container, choose Log on Tab and ensure that the box related to Allow desktop to interact with Services is Allowed. You should press “Apply to save the changes” to get it done. 

Go back to the last screen that shows the available services and search for these services;

  • Nvidia Local System Container
  • Nvidia Display Service
  • Nvidia Network Service Container

After locating them, select them one after the other and press Start to make sure all the services are operating.  

When you are sure they are all operating, try the process that caused the Error Code 0x0003 again and confirm if the problem has been solved. 

If the problem has not been resolved, then try the next step;

Reinstall all Nvidia Components

Click on the windows button + R at once to Run the dialogue box. Then enter “appwiz.cpl” in the space, then click Enter to access the programs and the features screens. 

Now enter “appwiz.cpl” and click Enter to view the list of installed programs. In the features window and the programs, select the publisher to command all the installed applications through their publishers.  

After that, press the first option on the list published by Nvidia Corporation and select uninstall. 

Now, try this process again with all the Nvidia Corporation published items on the list.  

Try step 3 again with all the latest Nvidia applications you have installed.   

Restart your PC and hold on for the subsequent startup order sequence to finish up.  

Then, you will download GeForce Experience, and once you install it automatically, it will install all the missing drivers.  

When you are through with that, restart your pc to confirm if the problem has been solved.

Reset the Network Adapter

This step can be taken on Windows 7, 8 and 10.

Click Windows key + R at once to start the Run dialogue box. Enter “cmd” and click Ctrl + Shift + Enter to start an elevated command prompt. When you are directed to UAC press Yes to permit Admin privileges. 

Run CMD by using a Run box

Inside the elevated Command Prompt, Enter these commands and then click Enter to reset the GeForce Experience network adapter, and driver. 

Reset the Netsh Winsock.

When the command has been carried out sucessfully, restart your PC and then check if it has been solved at another system startup.

Upgrade Nvidia Graphics Driver to the new Version
