Yusuf al-Qaradawi - Qaradawi's religious edicts fatwas. Yusuf al-Qaradawi has issued many religious edicts throughout his life (see also IslamOnline). Qaradawi is known for edicts that are meant to be compatible with everyday life. He is also noted for his political fatwas regarding the conflict in the Middle East and the use of violence against civilians.
