Yoga: Research
on the effect of vibrations on water
With the spreading of Sahaja Yoga, it became well known that water
can be vibrated by Shri Mataji, directly by her personal impact or in the
presence of her photograph. Many people experienced medicinal properties of
such water. Vibrated water doesn't get spoiled when stored for a very long
time, like several months. For estimating the quality of the water we used
standard, worldwide accepted, sanitary chemical characteristics, which
indirectly characterize the degree of water contamination.

Sadhanas for Kundalini AwakeningOne should become perfectly desireless and
should be full of Vairagya before attempting to awaken Kundalini. It can be
awakened only when a man rises above Kama, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Mada and other impurities. Kundalini
can be awakened through rising above desires of the senses. The Yogi, who has
got a pure heart and a mind free from passions and desires will be benefited by
awakening Kundalini. If a man with a lot of impurities in the mind awakens the
Sakti by sheer force through Asanas, Pranayamas and Mudras, he will break his
legs and stumble down.

| | | | | Yoga Schools: The Pathof Love: Bhakti YogaFor those more emotional
than intellectual, bhakti yoga is recommended. Bhakti yoga is the path
of devotion, the method of attaining God through love and the loving recollection
of God. Most religions emphasize this spiritual path because it is the most
natural. As with other yogas, the goal of the bhakta, the devotee
of God, is to attain God-realization-oneness with the Divine. The bhakta
attains this through the force of love, that most powerful and irresistible of
emotions.

| | | | Yoga Schools: Sahaja Yoga and the WorkplaceSahaja Yoga and the Workplace
Most of us spend a lot of time at work and we all dream
about a workplace where we could deal with enlightened people, integrate work
and family life in a balanced and dharmic way, and (bottom line) enjoy what we
do and the environment in which we do it.
The reality shows that conventional management practices no longer
work. What is more, employees and managers are more and more stressed and are
looking for solutions to their problems. The good news is than an increasing
number of business people are aware that the rational has its limits and that
the solution may come from very different directions such as the spiritual path
and Sahaja Yoga in particular.

channel.

my consciousness?, 3) Are these kriyas some sort of self-hypnosis or some sort
New Age phenomenon?, 4) Haven't a number of well-known teachers criticized
kriyas?, 5) Don't they say that kundalini is a force that needs control?, What
is the philosophy of siddha mahayoga?, 6) What is the precise role of the guru
in siddha mahayoga?, 7) What teachers give shaktipat initiation?, 8) Where can

| | | | | Yoga Schools: What is
Kundalini Maha Yoga?Kundalini Maha Yoga
Kundalini Maha Yoga is an ancient universal science, perfected
over thousands of years. It is not a religion, but a spiritual practice that
brings the experience of lasting inner peace and happiness to individuals of
any belief or religious affiliation.
Kundalini Maha Yoga is
based on a very simple principle: in every human being there is a source of
divine energy. The Sanskrit word for this source of energy is Kundalini. Kundalini
is in two states: the dormant state, and the active, aroused, or awakened
state.

Yoga: The scientific process of soul culture and the royal path to
self-realization
The fundamental thesis of Kriya Yoga is
that we are a miniature version of the whole cosmos, a microcosm - an evolving
universe within the macrocosmic world. The all-pervading supreme creator is
hiding within us and activating every action through the breath - hence the
name kriya; any work "kri," is being done by the power of the
indwelling soul "ya." The various cosmic forces controlling ether,
air, fire, water, and earth also control the kinds of work, namely, religious
activities, relationship, food, progeny, and earning money performed by the
human body. Yoga is the means of conjoining this correspondence between
microcosm and macrocosm - realizing the truth behind the union of individual
self and the Supreme Self.

| | | | | | Yoga Schools: Sanctified SexualityTantra: Sanctified Sexuality
The TANTRIC philosophy
itself includes in its theory all the levels of the Universe and gives a
paramount importance to astronomy, biology, parapsychology, anatomy,
meditation, medicine, music, art and even sexuality. In fact, the sexual
experience, considered to be a unification of the Everlasting Male (+) and
Everlasting Female (-) principles, has a very important place in TANTRIC
techniques and procedures which are often profoundly erotic.
