| | | | Yoga philosophy: The Libido - thirst
for UnityTantra: The Libido - thirst
for Unity
Another aspect which is
important in TANTRA YOGA is that the libido, when manifested as sexual drive,
is not at all considered to be only sensuality but, at the innermost levels, as
the soul's ardent yearning for spiritual perfection. Here the erotic impulse
appears as the psyche's abyssal thirst to reach perfection through unity of
complementary polar opposites. In this way, re-born as a genuine Androgyne of
the Secret Tradition -- magical child of SHIVA and SHAKTI -- the Individual
Spirit will have access to the highest levels of Consciousness.

| | | | Yoga philosophy: An Introduction to YogaAn Introduction to Yoga
Yoga can be defined as a complete science of
life. It was originated in India many thousands of years ago. It is the most
diversified spiritual practice in the world and crosses over many cultures
including Hinduism, Jainism and Buddhism. Yoga also extends over multiple
languages such as Hindi, Tibetan, Sanskrit and many more.

| | | | | Yoga philosophy: Hatha Yoga StylesHatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga Styles
Hatha Yoga is the branch of Yoga that
focuses on the physical well-being of a person and sees the body as the driver
of the spirit. Each of these styles of yoga use Asanas or poses to balance the
body, mind and spirit. However, some emphasise the alignment of the body while
others concentrate on co-ordinating the movement and breath. Ten of the most
common styles of Hatha Yoga are described: Ashtanga Yoga, Iyengar Yoga,
Viniyoga, Bikram Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ananda Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Jivamukti
Yoga, Sivananda Yoga and Svaroopa Yoga.

The Principles and Practices of Tantric YogaSacred Sexuality:
The Principles and Practices of Tantric Yoga
We are in a season of
accelerated personal and global awakening, a season that calls us to be
clear about our values, our priorities, our soul purpose for this incarnation,
and fundamentally, to be clear about our self-identity. But as metaphysics and
mysticism go mainstream, great discernment is called for lest we bring along
our old separate, fear-based self-identities that manifest the illusion of all
lack and limitation.

Practicing Kriya Yoga The Benefits of Practicing Kriya Yoga
The science of Kriya
Yoga is the most precious technique for God-realization. It is very simple, it
is easy to perform, and it gives the quickest results. With the help of the
scientific technique of Kriya Yoga, a person perceives the triple divine
qualities of the Soul, and through concentration on the divine qualities, he
overcomes, within a short time, all the obstacles of the deep-rooted mental
impressions, and becomes established in divine consciousness

of Vajroli
MudraVajroli Mudra
The object of Vajroli Mudra is to be
perfectly established in Brahmacharya. When aspirants practise this Mudra, they
unconsciously divert their mind to sexual centres and thereby they cannot get
any success. When you see the description of this Mudra, you will clearly
understand that strict Brahmacharya is absolutely necessary

| | | | | Yoga philosophy: Aids to Positivity - Meditation and YogaIf
there are two piles, one of gold and one of dirt, which one will you choose?
The gold one. If there is only one pile in which the dirt and gold are mixed
you would try to separate the gold from the dirt and take the gold. We need to
do the same with our personality.
In the
beginning yoga is a practice, then it becomes a way of life. When it becomes a
way of life identification with and expression of the balanced, positive and
optimistic nature takes place and then one attains physical, mental and
spiritual wealth.

YogaSvaroopa Yoga Ð Rama Berch founded
Svaroopa Yoga. It introduces alternative ways of doing familiar poses with deep
emphasis on the spine. It aims to open the spine by developing gentle movement
from the tailbone right through to the top of the spine. It is another style of
yoga which is not at all athletic and more involved in consciousness and
healing properties.

duplication
TANTRA Science relies upon
the practical realization of its teachings. Here we are not dealing with
endless talking and argumentation but instead with engaging ourselves fully and
thoroughly in an exceptional practice which can lead the practitioner to
Freedom, Pure Existence, Super-Consciousness, Beatitude and super-normal powers
(SIDDHIS).

| | | | | | Yoga philosophy: Tantra YogaTantra Yoga
Tantra Yoga is probably the most
misconstrued of all yogas. Most people perceive it as purely sexual, and
although sex is a part of it, its key principle is actually consecration. This
means to make everything you do, sacred or holy. It encourages a ritualistic
approach to life. In this way, it draws our attention to our actions in all
states, whether asleep or awake. Purity, devotion and courage are essential to
Tantric practices.
