Vishuddhi chakra:

one of the energy centres located in the spine behind the throat and connected with the cervical plexus, tonsils and thyroid gland.

Rakhi day:

This festival has its origins in an ancient folk custom sisters affectionately tie a rakhi, or bracelet, on the wrists of their brothers who, in turn, promise always to protect them. Ayurvedic Medicine: In this ancient medical system from India, patients are classified according to three metabolic body types: vata, pitta and kapha. Laghoo shankhaprakshalana:

a shatkarma technique - also referred as the short intestinal wash. Involves the drinking of several glasses of water and the expelling it through stool after a series of exercises (asanas); in the process a thorough cleansing of the colon takes place.
