As such, the warrant investor gains economic exposure to this underlying security without actually owning it. A warrant is the right (but not the obligation) to buy or sell an underlying financial instrument at a specific price (strike price or exercise price) until a specific time (expiration date). Companies can issue bonds with warrants.

Warrant American band - Early years.
Warrant was formed in Los Angeles by guitarist Erik Turner in July 1984. Turner was soon joined by bassist Jerry Dixon, although Warrant reportedly had a different bassist for a few months before Dixon. The band's early members included vocalist Adam Shore, guitarist Josh Lewis, and drummer Max Asher. Jani Lane - Childhood and Youth.
Lane was born as John Kennedy Oswald on February 1, 1964 in Akron, Ohio, the youngest of five children. Due to several complaints, his parents had to change his name to "John Patrick Oswald", but his birth vertficate still states the former name. Lane was interested in music from an early age and began playing drums when he was 6 years old. He is rumoured to have won a grade-school talent contest playing "Honky Tonk Women" on the drums. Lane played drums in an Akron band, fronted by Gigi Hangach, later of Phantom Blue.
