| ARTICLES RELATED TO Thoughtless Awareness | | | | Thoughtless Awareness: Raising Kundalini With Sahaj Yog The word ' Yog ’ is derived from the verb yuj which means to yoke, to join, to connect. The end of life is to yoke oneself to the holy spirit i.e., the Paramchaitanya. Hindu scriptures enlighten us on the various ways or margas of doing so. The union with the holy spirit is possible through Gyan Yog, Karma Yog, Bhakti Marg, Mantra Yog, Raj Yog, Sanyas Marg or Hath Yog. The rishi-munis have particularly adopted the Gyan Yog which is possible only through Dhyan . For the householder, Karma Yog and Bhakti Marg are the most practical ways of attaining moksha. Ascetics have developed the knowledge of mantra-tantra . Hath Yogis have evolved various Aasanas, postures and occult practices for awakening the Kundalini. Shri Aadishakti Shri Mataji Nirmaladevi has advocated the Sahaj Yog for householders to attain the Parmachaitanya through the raising of the Kundalini. Shodoshi: The Holy Mother's Mission of Grace According to a tantric school, Shodoshi is the highest manifestation of Divinity. In tantra, each deity has a mantra or mystic formula which represents her nature. In Shodoshi, it is the Trikuta mantra and it has three parts: Vagbhavakuta signifying speech and knowledge through worship of Saraswati , Kamarajakuta representing human will or Kali and Shaktikuta or Durga , the supreme manifestation of divine power and energy. | | | | Thoughtless Awareness: Communicating with Divinity One tends to remember God, when one thinks he needs the Almighty the most i.e. at a time of difficulty. Most of the problems and difficulties that come upon us are created by other fellow human beings; and we try to either conquer the difficulty or the individual who we believe has caused it. Praying the right way helps us overcome this situation. | | | Thoughtless Awareness: Sahaja Yoga and the WorkplaceSahaja Yoga and the Workplace Most of us spend a lot of time at work and we all dream about a workplace where we could deal with enlightened people, integrate work and family life in a balanced and dharmic way, and (bottom line) enjoy what we do and the environment in which we do it. The reality shows that conventional management practices no longer work. What is more, employees and managers are more and more stressed and are looking for solutions to their problems. The good news is than an increasing number of business people are aware that the rational has its limits and that the solution may come from very different directions such as the spiritual path and Sahaja Yoga in particular. He is most famous for his work The World as Will and Representation. He is commonly known for having espoused a sort of philosophical pessimism that saw life as being essentially evil, futile, and full of suffering. However, upon closer inspection, in accordance with Eastern thought, especially that of Buddhism, he saw salvation, deliverance, or escape from suffering in aesthetic contemplation, sympathy for others, and ascetic living.
