Health Dictionary on Clean-Me-Out Program
Clean-Me-Out Program (Arise & Shine Cleanse Thyself Program): Neo-Christian variation of self-healing developed principally by Richard Anderson, N.D., N.M.D. Two herbal supplements constitute its backbone: Chomper, whose eleven herbs include cascara sagrada (a laxative) and lobelia (ingestion of which is risky); and Herbal Nutrition, whose ten herbs include alfalfa, comfrey, horsetail (a weak diuretic), and licorice root. (In April 1997 the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warned consumers that use of Chomper could cause serious heart problems.) Besides these and other supplements, the program involves enemas and avoiding intake of meat and dairy products. Its theory posits a life force. In Cleanse & Purify Thyself (1994), Anderson describes a profound Divine experience wherein a female Divine Being filled him with information. He states that purification is a guaranteed entrance into heaven and that people who are willing to purify themselves shall have the help of God's mightiest messengers and, if necessary, legions of angelic beings.

Dictionary - Child
Child: A symbol of innocence. 1. If you were the child, you need to get in touch with your own innocence. If you, as the child, were in trouble, you need to go beyond your innocence and acknowledge the ways of the world. Everything is NOT all sweetness and light! 2. If you were watching children playing, this is a sign of success and happiness, both in your personal and professional life.

- Death
Death Dreaming about death is very common and it can be interpreted in many different ways. Death is usually a symbol of some type of closure or end. It implies an end to one thing and a beginning of another. Death dreams usually have positive symbolism. If you are the dead person in your dream, it could imply that you would like to leave all of your worries and struggles behind and begin anew. Dreaming about someone that you care about may express your fear about losing them. Dreaming that one of your parents died may express fear of loss, but it also may be an unconscious valve through which you release anger and other negative feelings. In some cultures dreaming about death and dying is a very good omen that represents longevity and prosperity. See also: Meaning of Dreams about Coffin, Zombie, Smothering

- Friends
Friends Our dreams are full of symbolism with their messengers being all different types of people. It is very common to dream about our friends. These are individual that are emotionally valuable to us and we learn about ourselves through them. Dreams are very rarely prophetic, thus whether your dream was good or bad, don't expect it to come true. This dream is more than likely attempting to bring up uncomfortable feelings that you have about yourself or others. (Remember "uncomfortable" does not necessarily mean bad.) Dreams are created by our own thinking processes, our own thoughts (conscious or unconscious) create dreams, thus, the mind that created the dream also knows its meaning!!! Baby If the baby was pretty, you will be fortunate through the help of friends. However, if the baby was ugly or in any way displeasing to you, look out for treachery in someone you are inclined to trust. Helpless or sick babies are generally a warning of difficulties ahead, so be cautious in your business and/or or love affairs. A walking baby indicates sudden independence, and if you dreamed of many babies, great satisfaction and happiness are coming your way.

- Key
Key As with most dreams, look for the obvious connections by comparing the details or the theme of your dream to your daily life. Are you trying to figure something out and "unlock" a puzzling question? Do you wish to hide something? Are you locking something up or are you opening the door? Last, but not least, does this dream have any sexual connotations?

- Hats
Hats Hats are usually symbolic of power and authority. They also stereotype the person that is wearing it. Look at the details in your dream especially who is wearing the hat. The type and quality of the hat usually represents the degree of authority and respect that your unconscious mind is giving to the person wearing it. Generally the person wearing the hat is representing a part of you. What is the hat saying about your position in life and your attitude toward it?

Dictionary - Foreign country
Foreign country: 1. If the foreign country was one that you have either been to and loved, or always wanted to visit, this is a sign that the attainment of your heart's desire is closer than you think. It also means that you should keep working on it and not be discouraged in spite of any setbacks. 2. If the foreign country is strange, or the people unfriendly, or if it's a country where violence, war, and other unfavorable situations are occurring, then something or someone in your life is leading you into strange and unfamiliar territory which could at the very least make you uncomfortable. Think twice before allowing yourself to be tempted into circumstances that you know nothing about.

Dictionary - Accident
Accident A warning, the details of which depend on other symbols in the dream. If you dream of an accident while traveling by car, this could be a hint that you should either avoid travel at this time, or, if you can’t avoid it, make sure that your car is in the best possible condition before you leave. Stay away from planes, trains, buses, boats, or dangerous walking, such as hiking in the mountains, for at least a day after you have the dream, and preferably for a week. If you must go, take a cell phone with you (in case you must call for help), as well as first aid supplies.

Dictionary - Glasses, Spectacles
Glasses/Spectacles: The significance of this dream depends on whether or not the dreamer normally wears glasses. If he or she does normally wear glasses, this aspect of the dream has little significance. But for someone who does not wear glasses, dreaming of wearing glasses is a sign that things that are confusing now will become clearer very soon - unless it's sunglasses, in which case things may become more obscure. Again, if you're not certain what it is that will become either clearer or more obscure, look to the other symbols in the dream.

- Eating
Eating To interpret this dream adequately you need to consider all of its details including what type of food you were eating, if you were eating alone, with strangers, or with familiar people. Eating usually symbolizes comfort, pleasure, and love. We use and misuse food on a daily bases. We nourish our bodies and stuff our feelings with food. Eating is a part of life and for some of us it is a problem. If you are on a perpetual diet and are depriving yourself of food, then this dream may be compensatory in nature. If you are feeling lonely or lack warmth, you may have dreams of eating. Eating in a dream suggests a need for physical, psychological or spiritual nourishment.

- Umbrella
Umbrella In dreams umbrellas usually symbolize the device that the conscious mind uses to protect itself from the unconscious. Umbrellas might symbolize our unwillingness to deal with negative emotions, psychological baggage, or trauma. If the umbrella is opened, you may be protecting yourself from unconscious materials. If the umbrella is closed, then you may be prepared and be willing to deal with the unfamiliar psyche. Old dream interpretations say that the umbrella is the symbol of security. If the umbrella is broken or turned inside out, your ultimate achievement is possible but delayed.

- Flying
Flying Dreams of flying are common and most people can recall having flown in a dream or two. There are many ideas as to what this means. Some people believe that flying in our dreams can be an actual out of body experience, that we go to places on this physical plane as well as into the inner planes (mostly the Astral). Edgar Cayce thought that Astral travel or "soul travel" might be a precursor to becoming lucid in a dream. Carl Jung's idea was that in a flying dream we are expressing our desire to break free of restrictions and limitations. We have a desire to be free and above all difficulties! Alfred Adler thought that this dream was a type of a superiority dream in which we reveal the desire to dominate and be above others. Focusing on the libido, Freud thought that flying was another way to express sexual desires. The details of your dream will give you clues as to what it symbolizes, if your dream was a spiritual experience or ego based. Enjoy it, flying is fun!

Dictionary - Sports, Ball
Sports (see Ball) 1. If you are playing at a team sport, busy times working with other people lie ahead. Whether or not your team wins or loses indicates your level of success. Losing the game, however, does NOT mean failure. It only indicates delays. 2. If you are watching a team playing a team sport, you may feel isolated from the others around you—being on the “outside looking in.” Courage may be necessary for you to join with your community. 3. Participating in an individual event, such as in golf, tennis, swimming or track indicates a strong desire to improve yourself and your circumstances.

- Diving
Diving Diving in a dream suggests that you are trying to "get to the bottom" of a current situation or feeling. Water symbolizes the unconscious. Thus, another interpretation for this dream may be that you are delving into your unconscious. Finally, Freud thought that diving may have sexual connotations and represents intercourse.
