Prospect New Town

The development is being built on the site of an 80 acre (324,000 m²) tree farm formerly owned by Wallace's family. It sits along the west side of U.S. Highway 287 just south of Pike Road. The development incorporates a broad mix of traditional and modern designs, mixed together to create and eclectic feel. Andrés Duany (born September 7, 1949) is a American architect and urban planner. Duany was born in New York City but grew up in Cuba until 1960. He received his undergraduate degree in architecture and urban planning from Princeton University, and after a year of study at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, he received a master's degree in architecture from the Yale School of Architecture.
