LYPPOSAGE
LYPPOSAGE Developed by Charles W. Wiltsie III, lypossage is a combination of manual deep-tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, and the principles of structural integration used to combat cellulite. An alternative to liposuction and body contouring machines, lypossage enhances firmness and tone and increases skin resilience and smoothness. The treatment requires a series of sessions because the reduction of cellulite is only temporary unless treatment is continued. When combined with diet and exercise, lypossage produces a lifting effect in areas prone to sagging.

- Wolves
Wolves Wolves may have positive or negative meaning and may represent good or evil in dreams. They could represent hostility, aggression, sneakiness, and ferocious appetites. In some cultures, wolves represent feminine energies and in others masculine. In the Native American culture and tradition, the wolf is a symbol of a mysterious and wonderful teacher. Wolves are considered to be powerful guides who offer wisdom and enlightenment. When interpreting your dream consider your feelings in it and the mood upon awakening. If you were mesmerized and not afraid, then give your dream positive meaning and accept its message.

- Worms
Worms What thoughts come to mind when someone is called a worm? When we are dreaming about these animals, we may be reflecting on the more negative aspects of our own or someone else's personality. Worms are usually associated with weakness and sneakiness. They are blind and generally feed on decaying matter. To associate these characteristics with any individuals, including yourself indicates that you are seeing a very negative side of them and have a generally low opinion of them (or yourself). If you are dreaming about earthworms, the connotation is more positive because they make contributions to the general health of our environment. Old, superstition based dream interpretations say that dreaming about worms is a warning about poor health.

Health Dictionary on Hippocrates health program
Hippocrates health program (Hippocrates program): Variation of Nature Cure developed by wholistic health educator Dr. Ann Wigmore (1904-1994), author of Be Your Own Doctor, The Healing Power Within, The Hippocrates Diet and Health Program, Hippocrates Live Food Program, Recipes for Longer Life, The Sprouting Book, The Wheatgrass Book, and Why Suffer?. Wigmore founded the Hippocrates Health Institute in 1957. The Hippocrates program encompasses brushing the skin, deep breathing, enemas, food combining, the Hippocrates Diet (see Living Foods Lifestyle), and exercises such as squatting. According to its theory, integration of body/mind/spirit is central to health. In Belief: All There Is (1991), Brian R. Clement, codirector of the Hippocrates Health Institute, in West Palm Beach, Florida, asserted: [B]elief can bring you anything that you desire (p. 41). He further stated that death is a sham (p. 67).

| | | | Physical Dictionary: Meaning and Definition of KarmaKarma has quite a karma. Long after India's seers immortalized
it in the Vedas, it suffered bad press under European missionaries who belittled
it as "fate" and "fatalism," and today finds itself again
in the ascendancy as the subtle and all-encompassing principle which governs
man's experiential universe in a way likened to gravity's governance over the
physical plane. Like gravity, karma was always there in its fullest potency,
even when people did not comprehend it.

| | | | Physical Dictionary: Music Of Masti And Meditation
Over the last century, it is in the realm of art that a contrarian movement developed - towards spirituality, a movement that has been sought to be described by one word: 'Abstract'. One of the first to define the abstract was W Kandinsky, who explained it as non-materialism in art, the exploration of the spiritual entity of things, when art, stripped of its theatricality, and its "bait of entertainment" reached a pure core. The dictionary splits the word abstract into the Latin 'abs', meaning 'away from', and 'tractum', meaning 'to draw'. Clearly, it means to draw away from the external to the internal entity of things.

| | | | | Physical Dictionary: Intelligence and Happiness
Intelligence does not in and of itself bring happiness. What brings happiness is acceptance. There is no purpose to intelligence, it is inherent within the energy of all that is. Intelligence and energy are one and the same. Energy is intelligence. Intelligence is energy. Happiness is a result of acceptance. Those who operate with greater mental constraints, for whatever reason, sometimes seem to have an easier time accepting their circumstances, their environment, and themselves, because they are not given to long- winded inner dialoguing and mental journeys into the various nuances of their perceived reality. And so a socalled simple minded person can shrug their shoulders and carry on, accept what is, and that is what creates the avenue for the experience of happiness.

| | | | Physical Dictionary: Why Wicca is Not Celtic PaganismWhy Wicca is Not Celtic Paganism
There are many out there who believe that Wicca and
its related forms of NeoPagism are a type of Celtic Paganism (and vice
versa), but this is simply not
true. The following article is meant to be a comparison of Wicca and Celtic
Paganism in order to demonstrate this, and to educate the public about Celtic
Paganism. While Wicca certainly contains elements of Celtic mythology, folk
magic and religious belief, its basic tenets and beliefs are radically
different from those of Celtic Pagans.

Allure of TantraThe
Allure of Tantra
Perhaps nothing is more exotic, dramatic and sensational in
IndiaŐs Yoga traditions than is the practice of Tantra. No other approach to
Yoga has gained such a fascination for the modern mind and its seeking of the
bizarre, the entertaining and the enigmatic.
Tantra appears to offer both spiritual and worldly success
to a superlative degree. It covers not only internal yogic experiences of
chakras, lokas and deities, but also has many important healing practices for
body and mind. Most notably, it offers special means of heightening sexual
pleasure, making money, gaining recognition and defeating oneŐs enemies - with Tantric methods
available for achieving all human desires. There is in Tantra something for
everyone, especially those who may be put off by ascetic or renunciate
approaches to the spiritual life such as seem to dominate most of the rest of
the Yoga tradition.

| | | | Physical Dictionary: Learn to Let Go, Adapt to Change
Today, dealing with change is perceived as a huge challenge. In fact, 'change management' has become a major preoccupation of leaders in all walks of life, including in government, business and institutions. Employees too are grappling with changes in the work place. More than ever before, the number of people individually striving to learn more and grow at a personal level is increasing by leaps and bounds. So they have to learn to adapt themselves to changing situations. Most of us are fairly quick at learning, at cultivating new tastes and fashions. Yet, our first reaction to change is always tinged with suspicion and caution, and in some cases, resistance.

| | | | Physical Dictionary: Encyclopedia II - Sufism - Basic beliefsThe central concept in Sufism is love. Dervishes—the name given to initiates of sufi orders—believe that love is a projection of the essence of God to the universe. They believe that God desires to recognize beauty, and as if one looks at a mirror to see oneself, God looks at himself within the dynamics of nature. This is substantiated using the famous Hadith Qudsi (extra-Qur'anic utterance of God): "I was a hidden treasure, and I wanted to be known, so I created Creation." Since they believe that everything is a reflection of God, ...
