The geography of the Panachaicus are forested between 800 m and 1,800 m with a type of pine trees in the central part including most of the eastern and the southeastern half. Areas over about 1,500 m are barren land in the central part and grasslands and rocks dominate the western part. Most of the mountain are forested. The mountain also has creeks and streams and a valley including one in the northeast with the road to the skiing resort. There are no valleys to the north or the southern part.
