Magic Lands takes place in the world of Doamanse. Doamanse has many lands, and many peoples. In the book Journey Beyond the Beyond (released internationally as Into the Beyond) takes places near the home of Ray. Ray is a young village boy who refers to his people as those of the In and those who are not his people as those of the Out.
