M TECHNIQUE: Massage Bodywork Dictionary on M TECHNIQUE

M TECHNIQUE

The ‘M’ Technique is a series of stroking movements performed in a set sequence. Each movement, identified with a mnemonic name, is repeated three times. Because the technique is structured in terms of order and number, the technique is completely reproducible and therefore useful in research.

The technique was created by Jane Buckle, a critical care nurse, for the very fragile or critically ill patient and produces a measurable parasympathetic response. The ‘M’ stands for manual.

M TECHNIQUE: Alternative Health Dictionary on Lepore Technique of M.R.T

Lepore Technique of M.R.T.: Form of muscle testing (Muscle Response Test technique) that is the centerpiece of the Lepore technique. Its design is to pinpoint allergens (metabolic antagonists), measure their nutritional neutralizers (e.g., herbs and homeopathic remedies), and measure nutrients that conduce to absorption of the neutralizers.

The Lepore Technique of M.R.T. involves: (a) rubbing the thymus, to activate acupoints; and (b) rubbing the mastoid gland behind both ears, to relax acupoints. The practitioner may perform it for a sleeping child or an invalid (even a comatose person) through a surrogate standing near the subject.

M TECHNIQUE: Stop dissipating your energies

You are dissipating your energy out into existence through the personality, instead of using it to stay in your reality. The mask is kept on by energy going out. As you deny the projection of the personality, you conserve energy. When enough energy is retained, the mask collapses. It loses its independent and selfish existence.

I'm going to show you where you're wasting this energy. Since you will then be conscious of it because you've seen it in your own experience, you'll begin to stop the leakage. You'll have more energy to address other wasteful mannerisms, attitudes and behaviour. Gradually you'll become more conscious, more responsible, more authentic. Your character will reveal itself and your personality will be less in control of your life.

M TECHNIQUE: Encyclopedia - Johann Sebastian Bach

Johann Sebastian Bach (21 March 1685–28 July 1750) was a German composer and organist whose sacred and secular works for choir, orchestra and solo instruments drew together almost all of the strands of the baroque style and brought it to its ultimate maturity. Although he introduced no new musical forms, he enriched the prevailing German style with a robust and dazzling contrapuntal technique, a seemingly effortless control of harmonic and motivic organisation from the smallest to the largest scales, and the adaptation of rhyt ...
