Livingston New Jersey - Local government. Livingston's Township Council consists of five members. A Mayor and Deputy Mayor are selected by the Council from among its members. The Mayor of Livingston is Renée Green. The other Council members are Lee Peyser (Deputy Mayor), David Katz, Stephen Santola and Gary Schneiderman. The Township Manager is Michele Meade.
