INTEGRATED KABBALISTIC HEALING
INTEGRATED KABBALISTIC HEALING Integrated Kabbalistic Healing is a system of energy healing, developed by Jason Shulman, based on the traditional Judaic metaphysical path (Kabbalah), object-relations, and advaitic (non-dualistic) perspectives with the understandings of psychology and the power of healing touch. A session is approximately one hour in length and consists of discussion, followed by a hands-on healing based on what has been discussed. The goal is personal transformation by changing the fundamental patterns that are keeping the client from living the life she wants, ultimately affecting change on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. | | | | Kabbalist: Encyclopedia II - Kabbalah - Kabbalistic understanding of GodKabbalah (Jewish mysticism) teaches that God is neither matter nor spirit. Rather God is the creator of both, but is himself neither. But if God is so different than his creation, how can there be any interaction between the Creator and the created? This question prompted Kabbalists to envision two aspects of God, (a) God himself, who in the end is unknowable, and (b) the revealed aspect of God who created the universe, preserves the universe, and interacts with mankind. Kabbalists believe that these two aspects are not contradictory ...

 | | | Kabbalist: Encyclopedia II - Strength Tarot card - Kabbalistic/Tree of Life ConsiderationsHebrew letters have added dimensions: they have a glyph, a meaning and a number. While the tarot trumps (the cards of the Major Arcana) start at 0, with the Fool, Hebrew starts with the number 1. Thus adding 1 to a tarot trump will give the corresponding letter in the Hebrew. Thus the question becomes: is Strength more akin to the 9th letter energy of Hebrew, which would be the letter Teth, or to a 12th letter energy, a Lamed? Knowing that the Hebrew letter Teth is a noun meaning “snake” and the letter Lamed ...

 | | | Kabbalist: Encyclopedia II - Tetractys - Pythagorean symbolA prayer of the Pythagoreans shows the importance of the Tetractys (sometimes called the "Mystic Tetrad"), as the prayer was addressed to it.
"Bless us, divine number, thou who generated gods and men! O holy, holy Tetractys, thou that containest the root and source of the eternally flowing creation! For the divine number begins with the profound, pure unity until it comes to the holy four; then it begets the mother of all, the all-comprising, all-bounding, the first-born, the never-swerving, the never-tiring holy ten, the keyhol ...

 | | | Kabbalist: Encyclopedia II - Judaism and evolution - Jewish views in reaction to DarwinWith the advent of Charles Darwin's evolutionary theory, the Jewish community found itself engaged in a discussion of Jewish principles of faith and modern scientific findings.
By the early 1900s, the majority of Conservative Judaism and Reform Judaism came to accept the existence of evolution as a scientific fact. They interpreted Genesis and related Jewish teachings in light of this fact. Orthodox Judaism offered significantly more resistance to this idea, with many Orthodox rabbis developing rejections of evolution that exactly par ...
