Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Image
Image - If you dream that you see images, you will have poor success in business or love.
- To set up an image in your home, portends that you will be weak minded and easily led astray. Women should be careful of their reputation after a dream of this kind. If the images are ugly, you will have trouble in your home.

Health Dictionary on Image magick image magick (image magic, sympathetic magic, sympathetic magick): Ancient form of magic whose basic principle is that like produces like - i.e., that a person or thing can be supernaturally affected through the name of, or an object representing, that person or thing. Specifically, it is a form of homeopathic magic (mimetic magic) that includes doll magic. Practitioners typically use image dolls (e.g., voodoo dolls): small clay, cloth, straw, waxen, or wooden representations of their targets. image magick extends from black magic to love magick and white magic. For example, practitioners of white magic may use image dolls to effect healing or to increase fertility. Image Image. Occultism permits no other image than that of the living image of divine man (the symbol of Humanity) on earth. The Kabbala teaches that this divine Image, the copy of the sublime and holy upper Image (the Elohim) has now changed into another similitude, owing to the development of men’s sinful nature. It is only the upper divine Image (the Ego) which is the same; the lower (personality) has changed, and man, now fearing the wild beasts, has grown to bear on his face the similitude of many of them. (Zohar I. fol. 71a.) In the early period of Egypt there were no images; but later, as Lenormand says, "In the sanctuaries of Egypt they divided the properties of nature and consequently of Divinity (the Elohim, or the Egos), into seven abstract qualities, characterised each by an emblem, which are matter, cohesion, fluxion, coagulation, accumulation, station and division ". These were all attributes symbolized in various images. (See also: Image, Theosophy, Spirituality, Body mind and Soul, Spiritual Dictionary, )

Christian Theological Dictionary on Image of God A Christian theological definition of Image of God according to CARM - The Christian Apologetics & Research Ministry: " Image of God Man was made in the image of God (Gen. 1:26). The image of God is generally held to mean that people contain within their nature elements that reflect God's nature: compassion, reason, love, hate, patience, kindness, self-awareneness, etc. Though we have a physical image, it does not mean that God has one. Rather, God is spirit (John 4:24), not flesh and bones (Luke 24:39). " See also: Image of God , Christianity, Body Mind and Soul

BODY IMAGING ENHANCEMENT BODY IMAGING ENHANCEMENT Based on a balance between body, mind, and feeling, body imaging enhancement proposes that anatomical structural relationships of the body need to be realigned and stabilized from a central line of the body. This line posturally positions the body relationally to the force of gravity. As a result of the correction, the client will experience energy release and perceptible changes in body shape, flexibility, and movement. Working with the neuromuscular and myofascial systems, the therapist uses manual manipulations to stretch and release muscle tissue and fascia to create freedom and flexibility of movement. It was developed by Dr. Mark Hendler and Denise Hendler. (See also: BODY IMAGING ENHANCEMENT, Alternative Health, Massage, Bodywork, Body Mind and Soul)

Health Dictionary on Aura Imaging Photography Aura Imaging Photography (Aura Imaging): Variation of Kirlian photography promoted by Johannes R. Fisslinger, the German author of Aura Imaging Photography, Aura Mastery, and Aura Visions, and by researcher Guy Coggins, author of Aura Awareness: What Your Aura Says About You. Aura Imaging is a means of reading the true character of individuals. It involves using an aura camera that can produce instant photos. The color, shape, and size of the auric image can indicate specific physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions. Aura Imaging theory posits chakras (energy centers that correspond to endocrine glands) and vital energy. (See also: Aura Imaging Photography, Alternative Health, Body Mind and Soul)
