HOUSES OF MERCURY
HOUSES OF MERCURY (Domarum Mercurii.) A series of sigils presented by Crowley, distinguished from the "Prisons of the Qlipoth." Since for Crowley the Atus of Tahuti are the "Houses of Thoth," which make up the ordinary deck of Tarot, and the Carcerum Qlipoth are the "dark tarot" -- then the Houses of Mercury might suggest a mysterious third deck of the Tarot (a higher level, perhaps?). However, it's necessary to remember that Thoth is simply the Mercury of Egypt, therefore the domarum mercurii are nothing more than the Latin equivalent of the "Houses of Thoth." The sigils so depicted, therefore, comprise an additional and very helpful key to the Tarot, which as far as I can tell, has been ignored. For an account of the Domarum Mercurii, see AC's Liber CCXXXI (Gems from the Equinox), but the numbers 0, infinity, 3, 10 and 8 are not explained. (See V.V.V.V.V..) Apparently the study and/or invocation of the Qlipoth is illuminating in the Lower Grades -- but then ultimately abandoned. The glyphs of light, however, can be further understood only by their shadows, hence the carcerum. (See TUNNELS OF SET.)

Astrology: Vedic Astrology and Physical Health
Everyone is concerned with their health as well they
should be. If you do not maintain your body properly then disease naturally has
an open door to enter. Many of us put the emphasis on our physical health
nowadays but, unless you have good mental & emotional health, you will
still not feel whole or healthy. Even if you take care of your body and also
study to develop a healthy mind, you will still feel incomplete without developing
spiritual health In the eternal scheme of things we are spirit, not matter -
with which we seem to constantly identify. How to be healthy spiritually is a
matter of grave importance.

Haunted Houses
Haunted Houses Physicho-astral remains of the deceased tend to haunt the places where they dwelt in life; and in cases which are relatively rare, though numerous absolutely, conditions may bring about a connection between the lower astral plane and the physical so that visible images are seen, voices or footsteps heard, and objects may be moved. In some cases the astral image or reliquiae may persist for centuries, making what is called a ghost; it is an astral corpse or relic, automatically repeating acts or words. Often bones have been found under a house, and popular belief has it that the haunting has ceased after they were ceremonially interred. Sometimes there is an evident desire on the part of the kama-rupa to communicate information of some sort, as of a hidden document or buried treasure, and this is not because the kama-rupa is the spirit desiring to communicate its information, but because the kama-rupa has stamped upon it photographically, as it were, the intense desire of the person during life to guard the treasure and conceal it, and even to reveal it to some individual. Under this heading must be included the mischievous pranks of the poltergeist, due to the action of a persistent relic of the psycho-astral nature of a deceased person, in combination with elementals, often again working in conjunction with a mediumistic living individual.

Creating Pictures In Your AuraCreating
Pictures In Your Aura
Mental
pictures can be created in your head and then transferred to the energy field
around your body, your aura. If you create a picture that you are a little too
fat in the rear end, you will invariably take that picture and place it right
on your posterior! Then, each time you look in the mirror, you subconsciously
see the picture and reinforce that negative image: "See, I knew I was too
fat." This may be one reason why so many people end up gaining weight
while on a diet; the negative image pictures they create about themselves get
reinforced so much that it is hard to change them!

The Astrology of IntimacyThe
Astrology of Intimacy
Love
and relationships are high on the list of concerns for most human beings. There
are some solitary souls who are quite content to live without a primary
partner, but most of us choose to pursue intimate relationships for many
different reasons. A loving partner helps keep away the cold, not only by
warming the bed, but by supporting your dreams and listening to your fears.
Close companionship is the way of the world for the majority, but modern
society has made it an extremely complex process.

Ayurveda Ayurvedic Dictionary on Vastu Shastra
Vastu Shastra Vastu Shastra is an ancient science energy flow throughout the house/office/factory that allows inflow of fresh air and natural light that promotes health, wealth, peace and happiness. The most ancient science of architecture that goes back to the Vedic ages, it is composed of specific rules and regulations, set down by sages of those times, that an architect / builder / owner was expected to religiously follow to avoid coming under negative or evil influences. Today, it is looked upon as a highly evolved, comprehensive building philosophy in which directions and shapes are the most vital aspects of designing. Right from the selection of site to correct slope of land down to the shape of the building, this oldest form of architecture covers nearly every aspect of construction. Not only for houses but temples, palaces, forts, offices...just about every possible form of construction. Often providing relief if not cures to physical or emotional problems simply by relocating an entrance, window or room. Some of the important points made therein are: - Directional Alignment
- Shape Of The Site
- Slope Of The Land Surface
- Impact of Gates At Various Locations
- Brahmasthan (Central Zone of the Building)
- The Staircase
- Inner Planning of a House
- Inner Planning of an Office
- Internal Planning of any Industrial Building

Sun and Moon Eclipse in Hindu WorshippingAstronomically
speaking, when the sun, the moon and the earth are all in line, with the moon
or the earth at the centre, a solar or lunar eclipse takes place respectively.
At the
time of the eclipse, people bathe in the sacred rivers. They do charitable
acts. They give cows, money and gold. The day after the eclipse they feed the
poor, the Brahmins and the Sadhus. After the eclipse they clean their houses,
vessels, etc., and take a bath before they start cooking.

- Chanku StapanamVastu Shastra: Chanku
Stapanam
It is very important to perform the ceremonies
of installation of a conch-shell (Chanku Stapanam) and incantations to invoke
the protection of the regents of the cardinal directions (Thikku Bhandhanam)
before raising a new house or a workshop in the place where an old building has
been demolished or in a site where there was no building standing for many
years. Performance of these ceremonies ensures plenty, prosperity and good
fortune and nullify the evil effects due to the presence of evil spirits buried
underground, and renews the gravitational power of the earth. During the first
twelve years after the construction of a house, the divinity present in that
house will gradually diminish.

| | | | | Houses: The Philosophy And Significance Of
Idol-WorshipThere
is no reference to worship of idols in the Vedas. The Puranas and the Agamas
give descriptions of idol-worship both in the houses and in the temples.
Idol-worship is not peculiar to Hinduism. Christians worship the Cross. They
have the image of the Cross in their mind. The Mohammedans keep the image of
the Kaba stone when they kneel and do prayers. The people of the whole world,
save a few Yogis and Vedantins, are all worshippers of idols. They keep some image
or the other in the mind.
The
mental image also is a form of idol. The difference is not one of kind, but
only one of degree. All worshippers, however intellectual they may be, generate
a form in the mind and make the mind dwell on that image.

AS A HOMEOPATH AND ASTROLOGER I see a lot of Indigo Children that are brought to me, not because they are Indigo, but because of physical or behavioural problems. Spiritual Dictionary on Astrological house
Astrological house: Each planet in your birth chart resides in a house. The chart’s houses symbolize different facets of the self. Think of them as the fields of experience upon which you live your life. Each relates to a certain environment and specific relationships. One way to understand the houses is to consider the way you might act or dress if you were being interviewed by a prospective employer, and contrast that with the way you act or dress at home around people who know you on an everyday level. These experiences illustrate the differences between two different houses in your chart.
