 | | | Galactic Creation Cycle: What is driving the evolution of consciousness described by the Mayan Calendar? - II
How is the Mayan Long Count to be explained? Why did this ancient people, that were the most mathematically advanced of their day, choose to use a chronology that consisted of thirteen different periods of 144,000 days each, starting on August 11, 3114, BC and ending on December 21, AD 2012? On a more fundamental level three different types of answers have been given to this question, a materialist, a spiritual and what might be called a pseudo-spiritual, answers that are linked to different world views. In the materialist world view the astronomical, physical cycles are seen as primary to the spiritual whereas in the spiritual world view they are seen as secondary.Read more here: » Mayan Calendar: What is driving the evolution of consciousness described by the Mayan Calendar? - II |

 | | | Galactic Creation Cycle: Symbiosis
Between Science SpiritScience and Spirituality: Symbiosis Between Science & Spirit Some years ago, I called upon the great scientist Prof S Chandrasekhar in Chicago and asked him how seers of the Vedas and Upanishads had two astounding insights that have emerged in modern science only recently. The first is the concept of anantakoti brahmanda , endless universes. The second is the concept of vast aeons of time through which creation passes, much like the ancient belief that a single day of Brahma is 4.32 million human years long, so that his one year corresponds roughly to the age of planet earth. When I suggested that perhaps this knowledge came to seers in enhanced states of consciousness, Prof Chandrasekhar seemed to agree. Read more here: » Science and Spirituality: Symbiosis

 | | | Galactic Creation Cycle: Dance of Shiva in The Golden Temple - Nataraja Whenever the Golden Temple is mentioned, we tend automatically to think of the beautiful Harmandir Sahib in Amritsar, which is known worldwide by that name. However, there is another Golden Temple down South - the great Nataraja temple at Chidambaram in Tamil Nadu. This temple figures prominently in Tamil Shaivite literature and is considered to be one of the most holy spots dedicated to Lord Shiva, next in importance to Mount Kailash itself. | | | Galactic Creation Cycle: Encyclopedia II - Big Bang - Speculative physics beyond the Big BangWhile the Big Bang model is well established in cosmology, it is likely to be refined in the future. Little is known about the earliest Universe, when inflation is hypothesized to have occurred. There may also be parts of the Universe well beyond what can be observed in principle. In the case of inflation this is required: exponential expansion has pushed large regions of space beyond our observable horizon. It may be possible to deduce what happened when we better understand physics at very high energy scales. Sp ...

 | | | Galactic Creation Cycle: Encyclopedia II - Shockwave Transformers - Generation OneAs the Decepticons' military operations commander, Shockwave's power is second only to Megatron's, and even that is disputed. His actions are carried out with the cold, brutal clarity and perfection one would expect of a purely mechanical being - his way is not that of bloodlust, like so many other Decepticons, but rather that of a scientist attempting to solving a problem. And that problem is: how can he use his abilities to most effectively eliminate the greatest number of enemies? Unfortunately for the Autobots, i ...

 | | | Galactic Creation Cycle: Encyclopedia II - Megatron - G1 MegatronMegatron is incredibly powerful and ruthless. His primary weapon is his arm-mounted fusion cannon, capable of levelling a city block in one blast, which he can sub-dimensionally link to a black hole, generating even more powerful antimatter blasts. He has a secondary weapon barrel mounted on his back, and can retract and replace his right hand with an energy flail. Megatron transforms into a Walther P38 pistol, delivering more focused energy blasts. He can shrink as he transforms, assuming sizes that comfortably allow either another Transformer or a human to wield him. In one instance, he retained his full size and conne ...
