It never ends

Sometimes I feel more awake than I have ever been in life and then others I still feel like I am a walking sleep fool. Is this the constant cycle as we grow? Will I ever feel truly balanced?

I feel this way too, I think we have "moments" of awakening before we become fully "awake"?

I had alot of that a good part of last year and all of this year.

High energy on little sleep or adequate sleep. Or just not being able to wake up or stay awake reguardless of adequate sleep or what i ingested, coffee, redbull, green tea, ect...

Its a part of the experience, can take quite a toll on your job.

yes its true. i always go through the ring over and over but each time feeling like i learned a lil more and realizing how much i did not know. once you think you got it down it will show you that you don't. its weird though it seems each year things start to get more clearer and and strange things happen more and more. especially now. this whole year so far its been wild. i have seen so much. i wonder how much stronger it could get?

I agree with you love333. I feel the ability to get stronger is infinite. Go as far as you can, I know you got it in you. I do feel like this year has been full, since april I have done sooooooo much, that it feels like its been a year rather than 3 months. Funny thing is my days fly by, yet so much is going on I feel it couldnt possibly done all that in one day. Its the whole multiple dimension thing, I suppose. I find myself, when out and about, staring off and then begin to "Om" internally, yet still interact with reality and people. I totally love that. I called it "24/7 meditation."

Although I love it, some times I am so exhausted, I hardly remember getting to bed. And I tell myself but then I remind myself, "Soon, pretty soon we all will be in a better more peacefull environment but until then keep on truckin'!" Our beautiful future keeps me going, and I know its the same in all of us

Hi tamella,
Just curious, what have you attempted to do to channel your energies?

Chakras out of Balance can create the swings in Energy. When one becomes awakened, there is an inrush of Energy and it has to be channeled and balanced. If the finer bodies are not in alignment, via the Chakra's, the body compensates by high energy periods to release energy and rest periods between.

Do you do any regular Breathing exercises?

I use a long drawn out HU (like Hugh), it is focuses on the Third eye, what many call the seat of Soul in the body. The OHM you hear of often,is focused on the Heart Chakra.

Something you might try, it only takes a few minutes any time needed.

I agree with Believ, I've been using a lot of breathing exercises and Chakra alignment poses and meditation. I have got to say it has made a huge difference. I usually do it 10 min after waking up and 10 min before bed when I don't have allot of time during my day. Other days I have meditated for over and hour.
