Today’s reflections are about: Sounds. During the last Daily Thoughts I talked about discussion and the difficulty to understand each other, even speaking the same language. Today I would like to dig a little deeper into sounds and words of same and different languages. What does a language represent? … As much as we try to prevent rare species from extinction, we should also try to keep the different groups and cultures, with their words, sounds and music alive. It represents their lifestyle and way of thinking. Finally we still don’t know which lifestyle will be the one that can guarantee our survival on this planet earth. Today’s reflections were supposed to be about Foundation of Thoughts, but the Intro became so long that I had to present it by itself. So here it is: the HighWay. Everyday billions of people create trillions of thoughts. Understandably, most of the thoughts are circling around the performance of daily actions. But we also like to stay busy. Having a busy day is cool. Makes us feel important, like an actor, politician or doctor. … Post Lectum: One drop of rain, along with others, grows a stream and then another, to become a river, along with more, can fill up an ocean, up to the shore. Today’s reflections are about: Firewall - Set 2. In the last Daily Thoughts I talked about Truth as the first building stone for the Foundation of Thoughts. Truth – think about it for a moment – truth – what qualities would you relate to it? Couldn’t we say it is pure and transparent – like water? Like water we would be happy to drink? And how about logic? Isn’t logic similar to truth? Can there be a logic without truth or truth without logic? … The ultimate goal of all this, is to find a set of rules, a foundation of thoughts, that we as a group or society can commonly accept, so that we truly understand each other with our actions and feelings. Truth and logic open the door, in your life, in our life, for a better life for all of us. Let truth and logic be the source of the river that will fill the ocean. DT-007 – Time:
Today’s reflections are about: Time. Referring to the last Daily Thoughts, I hope you took the time to do a little meditation session. I understand that not everybody’s daily schedule allows for extra time. So today, I would like to take this opportunity and focus on time itself and see what impact it might have on us. … But maybe it, the perception of time, has also to do how we perceive life? If life is a one-time event, there is a tendency to think I wanna grab as much as I can, before I am running out of it, and I don’t care what comes thereafter. However, if we look at the possibility of being reborn in another life, then one of sudden the aspect of time and life changes and time-less words like accomplishment, growth, and learning, replace those full-time ones such as money, power and status. Today’s reflections are about: Things. A pretty good business is to rent out storage sheds. The demand is growing, franchise models are built, - overall, this type of business is booming, because people just need more storage space for their belongings, after home and garage have been filled up, and that up to the ceiling sometimes. … Post Lectum: Knowledge and wisdom, are more than just words, collecting those is what makes life worth.
