DT-018 – Education:
Today’s reflections are about: Education. Although this is one of my top priority issues, I pushed it that far behind, because I felt the need to lay out the basics first, such as the foundation of thoughts in sessions 5 and 6. A successful education starts out with giving the teachers the right training and I hope that my reflections in previous session helped a little bit to plow that road. … In summary: Let the baby, infant, child, youngster or teenager, be an important member of your family – all the time. Today’s reflections are about: Independence Day. … Let me finish today’s short session with just one chapter of the Declaration of Independence: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. DT-020 – Review 11-19:
What forces in life drive us? Answering to this question, was the goal, as I pointed it out in the last Review, Daily Thoughts no. 10. Did I match up to it? Well, Daily Thoughts no.11 carried the title: 3 Viruses and it reflected the problem of misunderstanding caused by assumptions, beliefs and emotions. These are very strong forces within our society and to overcome those requires awareness and self-control. … Post Lectum: I need to think, ponder and reflect, what in life has an effect. I need to search and analyze without pause, which things matter and their cause. Whatever I find I will accept, adjusting my thoughts based on true facts.
