To rebuild trust takes a while. Time is the healer here. That you have already forgiven him, that it the first step. But it takes time to move past things that break trust.

But it may be that you are trying to move past your own feelings too quickly: you do not need to dwell on them, but you do need to recognize them as valid before you can move on.

Sometimes it can be hard to forgive but it is the power to forgive that illuminates our path to an enlightened mind and a kind heart.

Not to forgive is to hold a weight on your'e heart which in return shadows the mind so that light can not enter.

It is throught you're forgiveness that you too will be forgived.

I believe that if a friendship is worth it-if a friend is worth it, then you will work out the problems that you are having. You might need to give it time, but it will get there.
