Do you have any meaningful prayers/quotes that are special to you?

Do you have any short prayers or quotes that have really special meaning to you? I am not a religious person, but I am spiritual and I do have a couple of "sayings" if you will, that are particularly meaningful to me.

My favorite is a section of Desiderata which says:

If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain or bitter,
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

I have always had self-esteem issues and this has helped me become more centered and more at peace with my own being. It reminds me that I shouldn't worry with comparing myself or my accomplishments to others because I should be at peace with my own achievements.

Astrologically it means as spiritual beings we chose to incarnate into physical form in this plane, on this planet, at this time to do a rather specific job in aiding the awakenment process of humanity.
To aid us in doing this we chose to be born on a particular day in this realm. Called a “Galactic Activation Portal Day” it is a day that’s considered a special “inter-dimensional” day; and by choosing to come here (be born) on one of these days, we add to our energy the energy of what these days hold. We came here to play a part in “Universalizing” some form of teaching. Those born on days such as these, have within them the innate abilities to understand and work with inter-dimensional energies, if and when they choose to awaken.
That is the basic significance of being a “Galactic Activation Portal”; to aid and be of service to humanity and our spiritual awakenment and ascension process. We work for people.
