Hearing Voices

Hello everyone. I have had a couple of experiences and I was wondering what you all thought. Several times yesterday, I was standing in my kitchen and I heard men's voices talking. They weren't talking loud enough for me to hear what they were saying, just the sound of their voices. It didn't give off an evil vibe, but it did disconcert me a bit. I am not used to hearing disembodied voices. What do you think this may have been or meant?

You have a Psychic ability called Clairaudience.

Clear hearing, to hear voices off in a distance or to hear the voices of the dead.

Wow, Asreal. That is cool! I'd love to be able to communicate with the dead-to be a medium. EarthKat, I'm going to have to explore your section. I'm interested in developing MY psychic abilities, if I have any. Though I do believe that humans were given abilities that we can develop if we "exercise" it enough.

You do have Psychic Abilities.

They may or may not be asleep, you may or may not be aware of them.

But you do have them, every single human and life-form on this entire planet
has them whether everybody agrees or disagrees with me.

Yours may be asleep, you can awaken them.

If I don't have any exercises, I will post them as soon as possible for everyone, in my Wicca and Witchcraft section and in the Metaphysics section.

I would like to hear more on this just the same. Maybe I am still sleeping as well. It just bugs me a tad that I can not make the things out, its like I just want to say "Speak up" but no one is listening.

I know what you mean Tomkin. The only thing I would like to caution is-although I would love to be able to speak with the dead as a medium, remember that they were all human too. If they have not become part of the Oneness, they are still infallible and speak from the same place they did when they were still on this plane. I'd still like to talk to them though. Wouldn't it be so cool to talk to a Civil War soldier or a pioneer who walked across the US to a new life? Well, anyway, I intend to exercise this ability all I can.

I have no issues with speaking but the issue is, I think I can not hear. I guess that would require more practice but its like I can almost make something out and then its gone in an instant.

Man that would be frustrating. I hope you can develop the ability further Tomkin and it will allow you to hear what you can. That has to be super disturbing to be able to hear the voices but not what they are saying!

Most of the times I have noticed this happen its one of three things, a new house I am in (my own or someone I know), near a place or speaking about a person who recently passed or during a random odd time in my life where things are most "out of sync".
