I sway and flow, in constant movement; yet…
I am stillness swaddled in sound

I am eternal, but exist not

I am transition and change
I am the power gently stirring grasses in the field
I am the influence creating worlds

I am the force snowflakes tenderly ride to earth, and…
I am the glint of sparkling energy shaped as they sing
I am the silence in the roaring of waterfalls
I am the magick rainbow hues surrounding the auras of trees
I am magenta dancing to lilac
I am the sensation of music’s harmony found floating amidst each note
I am that which speaks to the soul, quiets the mind, and protects the heart

I am the potential of the spinning vortex creating physical life
I am all you will ever need or I am nothing at all

Where to begin?

The original post in this thread for me, came about as a direct effect of the 08 08 08 energy shift/alignment we all recently went through.

Without going into a lot of detail, I went along just fine, sort of on a natural high, until the fifth day after the attunement, then it hit. The feeling of spacey-ness associated with major shifts in energy and consciousness. This is not a bad thing…..it is a wonderful thing, at least to me it is, I love this feeling, it just makes it hard to communicate in words. That is where the original post originated from; a place beyond this physical plane.
I want to thank you all for all your comments; it truly amazed me and made my heart soar to know you all understood the language I was communicating through.

Yesterday, when I started to become a bit more grounded, I was driving back home from town and this poem came to me. As soon as I got home I wrote/transcribed it, and I would like to share it with you.

The title in no way means I am speaking solely of myself, (the word essence appears in the title) although I did experience this.

I sincerely hope you all enjoy it as I did. Believe it or not, as I was transcribing it, I was filled with joy and anticipation at the prospect of being able to share it with you all.

Essense, that is truly a beautiful poem. The line that brought it to my heart was, "I am the emotions created with a newborn's first cry." It made me think of when I gave birth to my first child. My husband not only had tears in his eyes when he first saw her for the first time, but he did his version of a "happy dance" outside of the nursery window. Just seeing him that happy made me cry at his joy.

The comment on the Hippies, well... you have to give them some credit. They were the first ones that made us realize that earth was in jeopardy. They made us realize that going back to the bare beginning of living was a way in giving back to earth all that she had given us. It raised our awareness to what was happening to us as well as earth. It may not have hit the top of the goal at that time, but it left a lasting memory.

Sometimes I think we make life and spiritual seeking and searching and awakening way too hard...

I have been here a couple of weeks now and have read a number of threads. Lots of times I come across someone searching for answers to questions which to me is just the natural way of things. I mean they talk with wonderment about something and I find myself thinking - yeah, well that's normal. And so I got to thinking, have we humans so lost our way that when we e.g. feel someone-else's pain, we think it's something we need to worry about, find answers about?
