What do you all think about Energy Balls? Such as gathering an energy ball into the palms of your hands to form electricity,fire, light, a shadow ball, or a healing ball of energy? Or, anything you like? Share with me your knowledge or experiences.
I've never done this nor did I know that it was possible to do. I am curious as to whether you have experienced it, and if so how did you go on about doing it? Was it by choice or involuntary?
It is a matter of choice. My first experience came when I was a 2 yr. old child when I was playing in my crib and something within me wanting me to bring heat out of my body and begin to float around my hands in the shape of tiny fire balls. Another experience came when I was 21 when I was half asleep and I was half awake and my hand was outstretched and my hand kept getting hotter and hotter it started itching and then a golden egg of energy in the form of fire started appearing in the palm of my hand and when I turned to look at it as fast as I can to see it, it disappeared. I tried doing it again during the day but it wouldn't come to this physical plane of existence.
If you try to do it while you're awake and alert your only going to be able to summon an invisible form of them. You won't be able to destroy anything because of the weak energy state of them. You'll only form a ball of heat or a tickle form of electricity. Other people can sense them if you raise the energy patterns of them strong enough. They will notice if they aren't paying attention to what you are doing(when their back is turned toward you) and if they are paying attention to you, you can do it when their guard is let down.
