infact it was just a project that i had on meditation and than i saw the word tummo and wanted to know more about it..
And luckily i did ,though i was not very easy and i really want to share what i learn with you because am sure u will like it
Tummo is a
tibetian word for 'inner fire, n its mostly practice by monks as to keep their temperature constate when travelling in the himalayas,
some think that it might by possible that by manipulating control of blood flow back to the heart, you could increase circulation without increasing heart rate or pressure, by decreasing resistance through aiding flow, and that the physical action of gently expanding and contracting your muscles could produce the body heat
I know you can maintain body temperature in a cold environment by consciously manipulating

but the most trilling part is that how can their brain cell not die when their boby temperature increase that much
that one of the other ability of our precious brain
