Hello Essence,
I'm afraid I get a little lost navigating through these threads, so I did not see your questions to me.
How does holding those beliefs make you feel? Do they frighten and dismay you? Or do they bring a sense of peace and serenity to your life?
Do they give your life a sense of purpose?

I am mostly amused by the idea that God sees us only as entertainment. I am a little pissed by the fact that he may have conned us into believing that we have free will but generally I accept that as well... He knows best anyway, so why argue with Him? In fact, I stopped praying some 18 years ago because I figured that He is gonna do what He is gonna do.. So hey, I was the ultimate believer of "Thy Will Be done" - never prayed, never argued, just accepted. And you know what - Life has been very good to me. I have always felt I was on the right path. Oh, I'm digressing... Yes, it does bring a sense of peace to my life because then I take it as hey - it's not so important, it's all illusions, a game, but no, it does not bring purpose to my life.

Hi Gang,

I think God sees us as extensions of his love. Scripture says, God = Love, so we're extensions of it.

Extensions of his love, waves on the ocean of spirit, rivers merging together at their source. Many ways to describe the indescribable! It's all good!!!!!!!

James said it more eloquently, but we are or we are to become extensions of God's love. In my opinion we're tested against the oppositions that confront all of our lives, but this is all to prove, purify and perfect, love.
