First of all: Greetings to everybody!
I'm new to this forum and I found it because I was looking for people who could give me some insight into my dream. I looked all over net and found nothing even close. I hope somebody here could help me as this dream is the weirdest dream I have ever had.

I did not know that I was dreaming but I knew that I was in my "other life." In this life I'm some kind of a courier and I bring reports to the "base".The reports are form my "walking life". I approached the base which looked like a space ship(but it wasn't) I used a kind of flying ?jet ski? to do it. The weirdest thing is that the "base" was made of crystal( very similar to bismuth ) but the color...well it does not exist on Earth. I can't even describe it. I tried but there is no comparison there is simply no color like that on earth and I have never seen this color. That was probably the weirdest thing about this dream but its weirdness doesn't finish here.

I knew all of the people at the base. They were couriers like me and they were complaining that I'm slacking off and that I don't do my job as often as I should. They also told me that I will get in trouble with "the Quinn" and to go and give her report right now. So I went. Gave her report and don't remember being in trouble. She was kind of nice but strict and she told me that we all need to work for common good. I knew that she is just saying that and she doesn't give a rats ass about me. Plus I used the word "Quinn" here. But she wasn't a quinn she was something , well different and I don't remember hierarchy of this society but it was, again, something non existent on Earth.

I'm mostly confused about the color in my dream. How is it possible to see a color which doesn't exist?
I looked at all sorts of philosophy forums and physic's forums and they say it is possible to some extend because we really don't know every possible color. But to see it?

I know people who had alternate reality dreams and I would like to know if any of them had a dream even simmilar to mine. And maybe, just maybe there is somebody out there who also saw non existent on Earth colors or things ?

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I am 19 years old male, and I typically tend to have heavy, vivid, meaningful dreams. I never seem to have much trouble remembering a lot of the dreams I have, and up until now I never remember killing someone in a dream. This alarms me...so check it out and tell me what you think.

The dream begins with me walking into a store (gas station?) and I make eye contact with an attractive girl behind the counter. Nothing is said, but I know that we are together. The store is her fathers, and he invites me behind the counter and into the back room. Before I go, I run out to my car and get an object (I don't remember what this object was, but it was something of great importance.) I run back in and he is thrilled to see what I have. He had given it to me a long time ago, and told me that he knew I was in love with his daughter and he fully supported it. I walk out of the room briefly and I run into the owners (fathers) wife. She warned me that a girl from the woods is going to shoot me. This is were the dream turns into a nightmare. For some reason I am outraged and go back to were the girl and father are. I start beating the father without mercy, the girl starts crying and I go after the other two. I am void of emotion except blind rage. The father tries getting up, but I beat him down again...this time feeling like I killed him. Out of panic I run out the back door and see my car. As I approach my car, I see a girl coming out of the woods behind my car... and realized that she was the girl that was going to shoot me. I quickly open my car door, sit down, close my eyes....and then I wake up. I have never been this shaken up by a dream before. I know there is a lot of detail, but any help on what this could represent would be much appreciated. Thank you for reading.

Hi. This is my first post here. I stumbled upon this site in trying to find meaning in the dream I just had.

In my dream, I was here in China. I'm originally from America and have only been here for about three months, so most of my dreams still take place back home.

The dream began (or at least my memory of it begins) with a woman leading me over a series of dangerous rooftops. The rooftops were crowded with people. Some people appeared to be hurting others. Almost everyone looked either dangerous or scared.

One calm-looking man asked me who my boyfriend is. I told him and he told me that from the information he had, my boyfriend has had another girlfriend for two months (he is still living in America, and the long-distance relationship ranges from healthy/happy to strained and difficult). I said I didn't believe him and he just shrugged, like he wasn't going to try to convince me of something I refused to believe.

Shortly afterward, I saw water coming. Tons and tons of water. It quickly reached me and I managed to hold on to the woman I was with as we were rapidly carried off. There were people everywhere in the water, and the tops of some tall buildings were above the water line. I asked the woman what was happening, what we could do, and she said, "We are going to die." I looked into her eyes and I didn't want to believe her. I remember thinking she must be joking, but she wasn't. I was completely terrified in a way I've never felt in my waking life.

The dream flashed forward. I was in a cafe in America with two other girls. We were all well-dressed and they seemed like really cool people. I don't know them in my waking life, but in the dream it seemed like I had been recently introduced to and accepted by them. My hair was much longer and I was in great shape. Also, I was aware that I was no longer with my boyfriend. One of the girls snapped a few pictures of me with a camera that looked like those 80's Viewfinder toys. She uploaded them onto a computer and I started going through the other pictures. One of them was of me the day of the flood before it happened. I stopped on it and said in a sad, wistful voice, "This was taken the day I almost died." They seemed sympathetic and asked if I wanted to talk about it.

The dream then flashed back to me on that day, before the wave. I was on solid ground, and I looked up toward the sea, and this time I was able to see the wave coming. It was terrifyingly huge and moving quickly toward me. I looked around for a place to be safe, but had no idea what I was supposed to do.

Then before the water hit, I flash to being in a house. Everything is soaking wet, including me. It's as though the flood has come and gone. I am sitting on a staircase talking to a girl I've never seen before. She thinks I am someone else - my coworker James, who is a large bald man. I reach up to the top of my head and feel my hair and look down and see my own body. But she sees him when she looks at me. I feel like my identity is completely compromised and I don't know how to be me again. This is where the dream ends.


If you took the time to read all that, thank you. It was a really frightening dream in a number of ways. The dream dictionary on this site suggests that dreaming of a giant wave can represent feeling overwhelmed, but surviving it points to an ability to overcome that which is overwhelming. I think a lot of it has to do with being afraid that I will lose my boyfriend while living here. Long-distance love certainly is an overwhelming undertaking, and I do often feel like there is more that is out of my control than I'm comfortable with.

I wonder about the flash to the future, where I seem to be thriving but a little sad. And then, being taken back to the day of the wave moments before it happened, where I am no longer on a rooftop but on solid ground, like I've somehow got the whole thing to do over. And the second time around, where it seems like the flood has washed away my identity as percieved by others. I just don't know what to make of all of it. I'd really like to use this dream to explore some of my feelings and maybe work toward a feeling of peace and stability.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Alright, so recently, I had this dream which was a bit odd to say the least. It started off kind of normal, I was going to school at LSU (though I currently attend Auburn) and while I was there I meet up with my ex-boyfriend (even though he's currently at UNCC), but the weird thing was, he was a girl. And not only that, but a girl that looked nothing like him (nor that attractive in my opinion) but for some reason in my dream, I immediately knew it was him and I behaved as if he had always been a girl. Then later in the dream as we're mucking about the swamps (because in my dream LSU's campus is a labyrinth of swamps), he/she says that we should start dating again and I was like "Yeah sure!" and so the dream continues on and we behave like a basically normal couple (well...as normal as being in a LSU swamp campus).

The dream ends with alligator monsters but that's not really what I'm curious about. I'm more interested in the meaning behind the rest of the stuff involving my ex-boyfriend/girlfriend(?). Another weird point of the dream is that my current boyfriend came from Louisiana and is a fan of LSU.

So what could this weird dream mean?

I had a dream last night that a couple i knew,but have not spoken to for a while had a still born baby boy.
We were i thought good friends but she has gone a bit off towards me.
This dream has bothered me a bit as i dont understand what the birth of a still born baby boy means. (in real life they dont have any children).
Maybe someone out there might know what this mean and maybe why i dreamt it.

I was dreaming the other night and it was the strangest experience I've had yet. I was walking with a group of my friends and boyfriend. It was dark and this old aged man (about 55 yrs old) was showing us this house for some reason. I don't remember why. I had a gut feeling something was wrong and I tried to tell my boyfriend we shouldn't go. He told me I was just being paranoid and talked me back into going. I turned around and I looked up at the sky and I saw an airplane falling from the sky. We all ducked and it crashed not much far away. We looked up again and two more objects we falling. The older man told us to run into the house but when we got inside I knew we have been tricked. The man had a sinister smile and said he got us. I got scared and knew I was going to witness something horrible. I realized it was a dream and I tried to force myself to wake up so I wont see anything but the man came up to me and said in my face " Your not waking up. " I saw all these horrible things.. and when he was satisfied he came to me and said " You can wake up now " and I immediately woke up... I've never ever felt like that. I felt like he compelled me to stay in my dream and when he gave me permission to awaken i felt released... Does this mean anything bad? :confused:

I'm a new comer here. i had a weird dream. But i'm not sure if it was just a dream or a message for me. So, maybe someone could interpret it for me.

It was one night, when i had a dream. I was in my grandparents at my mother's side house. At that time, i was playing with my child(few months old). my child was in a cradle. There, i was with some of my family members. In that dream, I was married to my junior in my high school. But in the real world, i'm still single. It was somewhere around afternoon, when suddenly we herd something strange happened outside my grandparents house. So we went out to find out. That afternoon seem very dull and quite dark, just like it was very cloudy before the heavy rain comes. But it was not because of the clouds. The weather was quite cold. Shockingly when we watch the skies, we saw the dark skies around the sun, like there are no ozons on it. There were many stars could be seen at that time. At that time also, we are looking at the sun. It was redish orange in colour and so huge like never before, and it seem moving closer to earth. Then, suddenlly we saw like dark cracking line on the sun when it become more darker redish orange colour. On that time, my family and i looking at each other and that time also i said to them, "it's time., the time has come". Then suddenlly we heard a great BANG..!!! Then the earth suddenlly become darker and that is the time when a very strong wind came.. And when we look at the skies, we cant see the sun anymore, but many stars.. It's like the earth's "roof" has been remove.. We were very scared at that time in silence, don't know what to do unless surrender everything and wait and see what will happens next..

So., that's my dream.. I'm sorry if it's hard to understand or imagine what i've share about the dream for i'm actually not good in writting and grammar. But really hope that someone could understand what i'm trying to share here and can interpret my dreams. Btwy, if possible, it would be great if it could be interprate according to the christianity interpretation. But any other interpretation are very much welcome.. Thank you all in advance..

This dream is so weird but I cannot find a solid interpretation of the dream

I was taking a friend of mine to a local Beauty supply store to purchase some extensions for her hair. The store was owned by some Chinese people and while we were in their the store got robbed by some people they shot a few people (I'm not sure if they shot my friend or not) they only got away with $100. When I realized they were robbing the store I layed on the ground and didn't move. When it was over and everyone left the store after the police was called I went home. There is a street festival on my block and I decide to stay in the house. While lounging in the house these Mexican males come to my house to rob me (for some reason I think that they believe I have some sort of connection with the store owners I don't open the door and they keep banging until eventually get the door off the hinges by unscrewing the screws from the lock they leave when they hear someone come out of their apartment when my neighbor goes down stairs they come back up the stairs and try to get them to get away for the door I scream at them while holding the door up to the opening that I am going to call the police (in English and in Spanish) They look at each other contemplate and eventually leave. I am in the house with my sister, her children and My CHILDREN (I only have one child) My aunt lives downstairs from me in the dream and I call her and tell her whats going on and she basically has no reaction to the situation. I try to call the police and the first few times the call doesn't go through and then they put me on hold the entire time I'm trying to get through to the local police I am attempting too fix the locks on the door and while doing that I see the men at the bottom of the steps through the glass of the entrance door. and this time they are determined to get into the apartment. The entrance to the building is locked so they wait for a tenant to come out of the door to get in I know they are coming and I try to block the door by holding up the detached door to the entrance and I hear music from the festival and I wish I had pushed the bed towards the door but it was too late. I was still holding the door but inside I gave up the fight i said enough of this and . . . . . :(

Hi everyone, I dreamed of my boyfriend last night. He was with his ex and me on my dream, his ex visited us somewhere in one house. They just said "hello" to each other. After some minutes, I saw them holding hands and sweet with each other. I couldn't resist to ask my boyfriend if they still love each other. And he answered "YES" that made me hurt, angry and sad. After he said yes, I woked up and talked with my boyfriend who was lying beside me. Can anyone explain the meaning of my dream? Thanks in advance!

I had this dream halloween night, & it was just so strange, & out of the normal scheme of my dreaming that I need some help interpreting it. I'm all ears to suggestions :) My grandmother who is normally great with dreams is being uncharacteristically rubbish-She won't tell me a thing.Only says that it's lucky and that I should buy a lottery ticket. Lol!


I was with a close friend one in the same sphere of work as me, that I have not seen lately because we both moved far apart with work, but think of from time to time-basically it's someone who knows me very well.

He was very earnest/serious in the dream as he hands me these gifts-a pair of comfortable sandals, black. A golden deer, and a white wood hairstick carved with a knot as decoration -I have v long hair if it is relevant.

I throw off my own shoes for the offered ones, pin the deer that has now shrunk to palm sized to my chest, & tie my hair up with the knot then we're both smiling and keep walking.

hello guys, can anyone help me undertand the dream i had las night? i was at a beach and i received a letter from old acquantances that i did not remember (they are not people i know in real life). anyway in their company was a very handsome man (a doctor actually- a pediatrician) he was tall athletic an dark coloured and very nice and polite. the strange thing was that he showed that he liked me a lot and after flirting for a while we started a sort of relationship (nothing physical, just walking and hugging at hte same time. i also saw that we met my parents, and my mother was really satisfied and proud of this relationship. the last thing i saw was that he was sitting i was standing next to him, and he put his arm around my waist, and then i woke up ...ha ha ha can anyone help with the interpretation of this dream? thank you:shakehead:

OK so a few nights ago I had this dream that I was on my current home with a good portion of my immediate family. We were just sitting around talking and I looked out the window to see a wind storm start to blow. It was daylight outside, but the wind was blowing so hard that you could not see through the dust and leaves that were being blown around. The storm lasted a short time and as soon as it stopped the air cleared again. By this time we were all at the windows looking around to see what had just happened. I looked up at the perfectly blue sky and saw what looked like circular ripples in water when something is dropped in it. It stayed the same size but remained in motion distorting an area o the sky about the size of 4 moons. I attached a picture I took of the area of sky I saw this in and recreated what it looked like in Photoshop. As I watched this it began to move slowly back and forth and then all of the sudden it shot off and went around the earth and came back to it's original position. A this point I had gone to get my camera and as it came back around I snapped a photo of it. When I looked at the shot on my digital camera it was a picture of a child that was setting a glass on the surface of the water taken from under water!?!?! About that time we noticed that there was a bunch of large trucks and news crews gathering under this thing. I guess maybe we heard on the news or something what was going on and they were saying that this ripple was a E.T. Ship that had come back to fulfill their promise to our race and that it was time to assemble the ship they had given us. Their promise was to take us further in space than we had ever been before using their technology. It was described to us that this ship was broken down and packed into small boxes about the size of a Jack in the box, and interesting enough actually acted like one too. When you opened the boxes these parts of the ship would pop out and re-structure themselves. They were made out of an extremely strong alloy that had structural memory and could be crammed into these small spaces and retain their strength and structural integrity once expanded. So the field behind my house became the site where they were constructing this ship. That's it. I guess the question for me was what does the picture on my camera mean and does anyone else feel like some part of this rings true with what is going on right now in th U.S./World?

I dreamed a few times that I was flying with white geese. They were my good friends. I was taking a long journey with these birds – I was learning from them and using them as guides. They felt very wise and good spirited. They were taking me far, far until I reached the shore of the ocean. On the shore I was resting and enjoying the sun. In the dream a giant wave forms in the ocean and threatens to swallow the land – people start running away- I can see the shadow of the wave covering me. In my dream I have the feeling that I had experienced that before (I have the sense that I died in such an event once), and I knew that the wave would happen again, so I try to stay calm – but it is hard to stay calm.
I dreamed a number of times this scenario.

This is a dream I had as a child and would really like to better understand it.
I dreamed that my mother asked a fortuneteller to take a look at my future. The fortuneteller stretched a square, blue scarf in front of me. From this silk scarf a tree started to grow. She told me that it was my tree of life. The fortuneteller looked at it and cleaned it of weeds and dry leaves. She said good things about my life.
When I found myself alone, I wanted to take another look at the tree, so I stretched the scarf on my own. It happened though that I put the scarf on the other side (apparently not the right one). Instead of the three growing, I saw a hole forming in the middle of the scarf that became bigger and bigger and triggered my world to crumble. I was sucked into a different world.
In this different world I was with my mother and my uncle. It was a countryside village at the sunset, it looked much like the village I grew up in, but knew it was a different world. The people in that village had their faces painted with white paint -all of them. They also looked scared and sad– they were scared because of their governor – the one in charge of that place. This governor sensed that we were there and that we did not belong in that land. He started to run after us. I was frightened and wished intensely for a way out. Suddenly a bright star powerfully struck with its light my forehead and I was back into my world. I felt the stroke of the start for three day to come – was a very unusual feeling.
I had this dream maybe 15 years ago but still remember every detail in it :). Any words of guidance in understanding it?
