Encouraging the old energy sources

Developing new alternative energy sources is discussed frequently these days but what about focusing on the tried and true sources that are already abundant? I think we should be putting more focus on developing ways to harness the free and natural power created by the sun, wind and water of the world.

There is actually a lot of talk recently about using the natural sources that we already have for energy. There are discussions here about solar panels and Al Gores 10 year plan.

Here is another site where there is alot of discussion of using just such sources. This man, T. Boone Pickens actually spoke before Congress just this past week. I'm not advertising for him, I just kept seeing the comercials on TV so I went and checked out his site to see what he and his plan were all about. He does have some ideas on how to get us to the next phase in our energy use. Are they the best out there? I don't know.

The greater problem that we face is that of a society that knows not of love or truth So if we can not love or respect one another then how would we ever be able to love mother earth. It is a movement that needs to flourish by captivating the minds of a lost generation. Truthfully it is beyond our need for energy, it is our need for understanding the true purpose of life and to live accordingly to natures plan. Everything we do affects everything that is, therefor we are one and until we can honor the very thought of gods light we will condem a planet, a world and the very thought of exsistence itself.

The problem is that even in searching for new energy sources people are thinking about the money to be made in selling products to help families switch to them. Its not about saving the planet, its about appearing to help people do so without being greedy. Everyone has an ulterior motive somewhere it seems. Its far and few between those who work on progress just to progress and not to achieve fame and fortune.
