Giving birth

I am a new member and joined specifically for insight on a dream that i had. I am a mother of a two year old and currently pregnant with my second child. I dreamt that my mother, (who lives in another country) took me to the hospital to have my baby. I was nervous because of a medical condition that both my parents do not know about and did not want it to be disclosed. So i called home for my husband and my father, who also lives abroad, answered the phone and said that my husband was on his way to the hospital. A doctor, whom i knew, came and asked me if i was ready for a c-section and i told her that i wanted to have the baby vaginally. She insisted that i had to have a c-section and went to prepare for it. I then told my mother that i had to go to the bathroom and while in there, the baby started coming. I called out for help and the doctor came in and looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. She asked me again if i was ready, and i pointed down and said the baby was already here. I looked at the quite large baby and it said 'hi'. She then tapped the baby on his head and laughed. I asked her to help me and she took me over to the wash area where a nurse got the baby onto the table and the doctor cut the umbilical cord. i then leaned over and asked them to wash the baby quickly and clean him off. Then i felt between the legs to determine the sex of the baby. After we were settled and laying on the hospital bed my husband came in.
