Kept Apart From my Child
I was very disturbed by a dream that is fading in my memory. It started out nicely-we were going for a hike with a group of our family members. Someone (fading, I don't recall who) was walking with my daughter, holding her hand.
Someone else stopped me and asked me something and when I turned around there was no one in sight. I freaked and started running in the direction I thought they had gone, but suddenly it was completely dark, no day light.
I found myself next, running on road, and there were police cars around and they had cordoned an area off, and wouldn't let me through. It was the only way to follow the route they were planning on taking, and I couldn't get through.
The thought didn't occur to me at the time that it might have been a cordon of an accident. But I woke at that point so I don't know if I would have found her.
