Why is he carrying my baby?

Let me preface this with the fact that I am 4 months pregnant...the baby is not his.

My friend dreamt that he and I were walking down the street together. In his dream I'd already had the baby and it was about 2 months old. He was carrying the baby with its cheek pressed against his chest. One hand was supporting the baby's back and the other was under its bottom. The little one ended up pooping. The diaper leaked onto my friend's hand. My friend looked down at his hand and noticed it was green like really young babies can have. But he wasn't upset. It was like it was not big deal...happens all the time. All he did was calmly said, "(My name), would you please change the baby?" and then he woke up.

Any thoughts? I don't want to overanalyze or read too much into this.

It sounds to me like he either has deeper feelings for you than he is willing to recognize or admit or it could be that he yearns to have a baby in general. Has he ever appeared to have a deeper interest in you beyond friendship?
