Crossing Ganges carrying a corpse

Can someone interpret to me this dream

I dreamt I was in Varnasi.
Me and 3 other guys were carrying a corpse to cross to the other side of the river bank, to have the body cremated
We wade through the Ganges, as it was low tide.
Once reaching the other side of the River Ganges bank, we laid down
the corpse, waiting for the ceremony to begin.
I could not wait. I had to return to the other side of the river Ganges.
Since I am not a good swimmer and new to this area, someone agreed
to accompany across.
This time we had to swim across, as it was high tide.
Earlier we could wade through the water.
I safely cross the river Ganges back to Varnasi.
End of dream.

Re: Crossing Ganges carrying a corpse

I generally understand death to mean the end of a cycle-it could be a birth (end of pregnancy) or end of some other cycle. Weddings are also associated with dreams of death.

Re: Crossing Ganges carrying a corpse

crossing a river suggests relief from grief/sorrow or fear.

However if the water is dirty/muddy or continues to swell (in ur case could be the tide rising) it suggests you will break relations with someone close to you and establish relations with someone else, but you will keep in contact with them.

The corpse i think is meaningless in this dream.

Re: Crossing Ganges carrying a corpse

Perhaps you just finished something and were relived that it was rather easy to finish, but upon starting off on the rest of your journey you realized it was harder but doable? death=end of something, low tide=easy ending, high tide=harder to go on, crossing without incident=doable?
