Dreaming of Work

I am rather over worked right now, and working more hours than I knew were possible. I have little free time, and now what is worse I have started dreaming of work. I go to sleep, and the dreams of work start, and I wake up feeling like I haven't rested.

Help, I need to get past this.

Really, the best solution for this is taking a day or two off. I have had this happen when I've been overworking or there is extra stress at work. If you can't take a day off right now, at least manage to squeeze some time in during your day for something you enjoy and relaxes you.
