What does this dream mean?

Well, I did not have this dream it was actually my mother who did. Basically she dreamed that my grandfather told her that he doesn't like my hair cut, because its too long, that my mother had changed it and that is the reason of why I am the way I am feeling right now. He wanted me to cut it to the way it used to be and than he pointed out towards my little cousin whom he had cut it just the way it used to be. So he proceed to cut my hair even though my my mother didn't want to. He told her that, I was not sick that what I have is sadness in my heart, that the reason that is its because my father is not with me. Than she told me that my father came towards us really happy to see us. She than said that she was going to take a bath with my father but that the tub was filled with a lot of water and that my father was in the tub with all the water. But one of my father's bothers told my mother that they can make all the water go if they open the tub's clog on the other side.

Has your father passed on or are they just not together? Either way, it sounds like your mother is bothered by a change in you that she thinks could be controlled by taking you back in time. As to the tub, it symbolizes the barrier your mother feels between her and your father.

No my they have been separated for like the last 23 years, when I was born. My grandfather is dead though and I think the thing that she wants to change is the fact that I have been having real hard time with my Generalized anxiety and it seems that it developed because of the way I have lived my life for the past few years. She told me that this is the reason why I have my anxiety. Interesting

Last night I dreamt that my father (87 years old) was wearing my dead mother's dress and when I asked what was going on, my dead brother answered that he had gone off his rocker (so I believe the expression goes).

Anyone wants to have a go at guessing the meaning of this?
