Scary Dream Car Crash/Cliff HELP!

I used to have these dreams of driving a car off a cliff when I was younger. It has been a while but I had one today. It was pretty scary and I'm trying to figure out what it means and why the dream came back. I dreamed that I was driving with my older sister in the passanger seat. I lost control over the car and I couldn't see where I was going, then I felt the car go off the cliff and it was a long fall. The car even flip to the side and we were taking pillows and whatever else was in the car to put in front of the windows/glass. I forced myself to wake up before we hit but it was this deep, scary feeling in the dream.

Any ideas of the meaning? Thanks

I have had these dreams in the past also. It seems that sometimes I do this during a stressful time in my life when I don't know exactly which way to turn. I have had periods in my life when I thought the most horrible thing that could happen was going on and then I tend to have dreams like this and realize it could be alot worse. It's a bit of a wake up call that tells me to chill out and deal with what I originally thought I couldn't handle.
