dream of my dead mother

I dreamt about my dead mother who seemed very healthy,happy and alive...In my dream we were expecting to celebrate her birhday together with my two other sisters who's birthday is actully months apart (apr 14,june 16 and dec 12)..first scene my older sister came with her husband carrying a pair of trousers my mother asked to be repaired, it was fixed but we were arguing about the price, then next scene my mother who died a year ago came and either my sister or I presented her a bottle of red wine as a gift (mood is festive),then next scene my mother is holding two wine glasses with red wine in one hand and white wine in the other and to her left there are two box type aquariums with dragon fish in it, funny thing is the top one she filled with red wine...so I asked her why she filled it with red wine, then she said smiling "because I want to" but the fish seem to be unaffected by the red wine..it is real weird, I want to know what it means

I don't know about the fish, but perhaps your mother is trying to communicate to you that she is happy and healthy now? I don't know what the circumstances of her death were.
