Dream about my baby

I had a dream the other night that my baby was in a room above me crying. I could see him through a register vent between the ceiling/floor but had no way of getting to him. I could not find my way upstairs. What do you think this meant?

Is there an aspect of your parenting that you are not in control of? Perhaps your child is a child of divorce and you have to send them away for visitation with the other parent, as a result of a court order? Or you wish to be a stay at home parent and are unable to, instead having to put the child in daycare and that makes you uncomfortable because you don't know if they are being comforted as you wish they were?

I was going to guess subconscious guilt and worry over your childcare situation. Either that, or worry about not being able to meet your child's needs, deep down.
