Marriage, baby, darkness over light
I had a dream about 3 years ago. I think about it every day. It plagues every thought and breathing moment that I have. Thinking about this dream or even talking about it makes me very emotional. This dream takes place in a large house. This house is made of the large round rocks that are commonly used to make fireplaces. In this house I am with my 2 daughters in an upper room. I am getting ready for a wedding; my wedding. My daughters have on bridesmaid princess style wedding dresses; exact replicas of mine. My daughters are happy. We are giggling, whispering, and laughing together. They are helping me put on my wedding dress. Then they help me into my wedding heels. They tell me that they will be waiting for me outside. The wedding is going to take place outside, behind the house. This house is on an estate. I see them going down the stair case. They are so happy. I also see that a man waiting for me. I cant see his face, but I can feel that he loves me. I go down the stair case to catch up with my daughters; however they outrun me. I laugh at their antics. As I reach the bottom of the stairs, a man with blond hair and evil black eyes comes through the front door and lunges at me. Instantly I turn and run back up the stair case. As I am going up, he is grabbing at my feet. He cant keep a grip on me. All the while I am repeating a phrase that is common in my church, in the name of the father, son, and holy ghost. I reach the room and close the man out. I barely make it out of his grasp, but I know that if I keep repeating the phrase and focusing on it I will be o.k.
The 2nd dream was not by me. It was by a friend of my mothers. It happened a week a after I had the dream that I just described. She was so concerned by it that she called my mother. She said that in the dream I was holding a baby. It was my baby. She said that I was looking at Persian rugs. What concerned her was that my daughters were not in the dream. The odd fact about this dream is that the Persian rugs go with the house in my dream.
The 3rd dream took place before the wedding dream. This dream happened quite often. It is about a guy that lives 5 houses down from my parents home. I grew up just up the hill from him. It is close to dusk in my dream. I am floating above the road by his parents home. It is a wonderful feeling. But I see him in his parents yard. He is standing by his truck leaning over it doing something. I am trying to get his attention, but he never looks up. It is as if he is unaware of me. I feel frustrated by this. As I look at the scene, the yard is bright like daylight but above it, strangely it is darkness.
The odd thing about this last dream; this man asked me out a year ago. We are now in a solid steady relationship. He almost died from a near fatal crash 9 years ago. I have been worried that this dream is a warning.
Can anyone help with this?
