Dreaming of an Old Friend

I haven't thought of or dreamed of this girl in over a year. She was a dear, dear friend until circumstances meant that I had to move a long way away.

I can't stop thinking about her now. I miss her, and I want to talk to her-but she's in another country. I was debating writing to her.

Our lives have moved on now, we both have families. Should I just put her out of my mind (or try to?).

I think that your subconscious is sending you a message. I think you should get in contact with this girl and get caught up. Perhaps she is missing you too and wondering why you guys lost touch

I agree with Hope on this one. Although you have both moved on with your lives and have new families, that doesn't mean there is no room for old friends. In the psychic world they say dreams are astreal travels, meaning it isn't really a dream. Maybe you two visited and you just don't realize it. If the dreams continue, I would definitely make contact, especially if you may be skeptical of the subconscious travel idea.

This kind of thing happens to be a great deal just today I woke up with the thought in my mind of a Buddie that I went to high school with and though we were not particular friends or even acquaintances (we just mostly knew who the other was) I am still going to look them up today online. It always happens for a reason sometimes it just doesnt make sense at first.

I agree wholeheartedly with the previous posters. Perhaps she is trying to send you a vibe through the cosmos. Especially if you know how to contact her, but she doesn't know how to contact you. I think a simple letter would be a lovely way to say "I'm thinking of you" without requiring a response. That way she may chose to ignore it, or she may be delighted to hear from you.

That said, an old friend messaged me on classmates.com a while back. I replied right away, eager to talk to her. She never responded to my reply, and I was heartbroken. It was much worse then if she'd never messaged me at all. So if you do write her, please be prepared for a conversation via whatever mode you chose for communication.

Oh I am definitely ready to be regularly back in touch again. So much has changed, it would make me feel a lot better to have her in my life again.

This interesting, I used to be good friends, best friends with this guy and unfortunately we ended or he ended our friendship. This happened years ago. But I constantly dream about him and that he has forgiven me. Could it be that he has and I should just try to contact him?
