Re: Start here! Introduction to Dream Interpretation
I also forgot to mention I'm waking with scratches and bruises after these dreams and I just don't know what is going on. I guess I have become a rough sleeper or working to hard. This is my last post. Thanks for taking the time to listen.
Re: Start here! Introduction to Dream Interpretation
Hello, everyone...
I'm new here and came across this site while searching for the meaning of my dream. I looked at the dream dictionary you had posted here but it didn't quite have what I was looking for, so I was hoping that perhaps someone here could tell me what my dream meant. Okay, here it is:
I dreamed I had found the the center of the universe and the origin of life. It was a massive sparkling nebula where everything from stars to planets would be made. I was standing in the center of this nebula; there was sparkly particles and vivid colors, such as blue and an intense violet all whirling and mixing together. I was in pure awe. Accompanying me was an alien. It wasn't the stereotypical alien; it was a being made of pure white light. It handed me a lute and 'told' me how to create life and other galaxies (that word is in parentheses because it didn't verbally tell me this...it was more like I sensed what the being was telling me). With this lute, I was able to bring planets, stars, and life-forms into existence by plucking the strings. The faster I plucked the strings, the quicker objects would form. I think I soon grew corrupted with having such power in my possession, because in an eyeblink I was back on Earth, the lute no more than shards and broken strings in my arms. But what I most remember is staring up into the night sky and seeing three identical full moons; I had created two new moons for the world...and a meteor. It was a hunk of jagged, smoking, charred rock laying at my feet that I didn't want to have anything to do with. I had tried to repair the lute, which was far from its former glory, and the twisted strings would vibrate whenever it was near this ugly hunk of rock. I was repelled and strangely attracted to the meteor, curious about its effect on my lute. I couldn't bring anything to life or into existence with the now broken lute and I was sad but cooly detached at the same time.
And that's all I can remember. It was extremely vivid and I had the dream last night. Any suggestions on what it might mean is greatly appreciated, thanks.

DreamStar,
What an absolutely glorious dream!!!!
There is nothing like a visit home; even if we don't really fully remember how everything works. LOL
If I was you.....This is a dream I would write down and keep and cherish for the rest of this life. AND...I would venture to say as your awakening process continues; you will remember more and more of what this was all about and the information contained in it for you.....I just have that sense about it for you.
Re: Start here! Introduction to Dream Interpretation
Hello Everyone,
I'm Narnia. I'm 42, single with two kids. I joined because I am fascinated by dreams.
My life has always been filled with the most extraordinary and weirdest dreams (at least for the past 12 years or so. ) So much that I actually depend on my dreams to let me know "where I'm at" so to speak. They used to scare me a little but now I get concerned when I do not have any significant dream for a long time. Lately I've been dreaming a lot - as I've been in need a lot of help.
So let me tell you one I had a short while ago and see what you make of it. A friend had advice me to call upon my Angel for guidance. That night, I meditated and called upon my Angel. I then had the following dream:
I was up on the hills somewhere with low shrubs when I saw a white light flying towards me in the sky. A little black boy standing next to me (I didn't know the boy) pointed and said, "Look ! Angels" . As the "Angels" came closer, I saw that it was actually two whites doves wrapped lovingly around each other. They separated, came together again lovingly, separated again a feet apart, spread their wings to reveal a white baby dove each at their feet. I got upset, went at them, shooing and crying "You're not true, you're not true" and I woke up with a message in my mind "I can't do it"
The message, I believe, is making reference to my soulmate whom I met about a year and a half ago; came together briefly but had to split because he is married with children. I have spend the past year trying to let go of him in my heart.
Grateful for any insight. True, there's lots I haven't gone into here but that would take all day. One more thing - the two white doves have been my "dream companions" for a long time now. They've appreared in my dreams again and again over the years, sometimes accompanied by a large white owl. They, of course, leave me feeling peace and love and awe.
Re: Start here! Introduction to Dream Interpretation
I am new to this post, but I had a dream last nite that I woke up and remembered right away. All I can remember is that everywhere I turned in this house were alligators and around the house in water. My two brothers were in the house - one leaving one returning, but I remember my fear and that is all I remember.
