I totally know what you are feeling on nights when you can't sleep. I have insomnia and have had it ever since I can remember. I soak in a bubble bath of Avon Naturals Lavender and Camomile Shower gel. I wear a sleep mask and spray it and my pillow with Bath and Body Works Tranquil Mint Pillow Mist. Then as I am laying in bed I meditate and visualize the issues keeping me awake are leaving. The combination of aromatherapy, meditation, and visualization has really helped.
