We as human beings walk in a journey, desiring belonging purpose meaning longing. In oneness of it all some of us find that, and in oneness of it all is our humanness. We all are treading the same path to a same destination. Often times to understand fellow humans, we need to study and study well. This study requires spiritual feelings of others at its core values. Because spirituality plays a significant part of many peoples lives and it also allows their values to be formed, as in, if a person who has chosen to believe in Christian faith, and that very person tries to understand the will of God, and assimilate it in his or her daily life, then he or she accumulates values based on texts and teaching of that particular faith. At the same time if a person has chosen that Buddhist teachings makes more sense to his or her intellect, then the value system he or she accumulates is based on that particular belief system. As you can reason, this is natural process, and as you know this is how many values are shaped and adopted in a heart of a human.

Oneness encompasses all teachings, and it takes humanness as its foundation. This is quite unique, as opposed to teachings who simple say my way or the highway, (to be more precise, rather my way or the hell way) and those who really do not learn the underlying message of humanness and oneness. I have to date have studied practiced learned and know many value systems of major faiths in life. And I can assure you, it is the similarity and not the difference that makes all the same. This is where oneness is very important; as it is true teachings of humanness, as you can see, we are all seeking the same, rather simply choose different streams to reach to the lakes called truth. If a person who feels that, because of their faith belief systems thus holds their own spiritual ways at a higher ground, this is fine and also great, yet if that very person misunderstand the teachings as to say, I am going to heaven, thank God I believe in “such such faith or spirituality) and unlucky you, because you do not believe my faith, you my friend, are going to hell”

Can you see the misunderstanding in this sort of reason? Please allow bit of time to reason on this thought. How can anyone be so uncompassionate? Or will they be rather glad to see a fellow human in pain, or is it because of their own fear?

No it doesn’t work that way, in fact when studied carefully, one will see that all faiths and beliefs, actually teach humanness, and in all faiths every single human being is seen equal, and it is taught to love fellow humans, regardless of the stream they choose to swim through to reach to the shores of universal truth of it all. When a faith is authoritarian, and decides the best way for others, without first allowing them to see the love potential (which is through humanness)


Because at times I have seen and still to date see, some people teaching values that somehow makes the person feel inherently bad, as if people are outcasts of sort, and only by submission they will reach purity or heaven. Dear friend; no need to fear, as when you simply use your eyes to see, or even use your imagination to see, it will be clear to you, that the force that governs the universe that you are aware of, is a force to be reckoned with, as in, it is simply not possible, (doesn’t matter how you try) to comprehend such force, such beauty, such greatness, which you call God, or spirit, or ???. And believe me when I say, everything is made with precise perfection, you know this, just look around. Therefore you are part of that perfection, which you too are, made perfect, inherently you are beautiful. Yet there is only one way to taste that beauty, that perfection which is called your heart. And the only way to experience that feeling is through just being human. Before you label yourself with any labels, you first need to attend knowledge; a knowledge such that teaches you, what it is that makes you human. If you rather want to call yourself, Buddhist or Christian or Atheist, or whatever, before first realizing what human being means. Then I am afraid, you will lead a road that will be rather challenging, and you may arrive at that perfection, a bit later. Yet do study your chosen faith thoughtfully, and I assure you deep down in it, you will come to realize that, it actually teaches you to have human values. Because being human is sacred, when you look at all major religions, they all suggest that, human beings are placed above angels in the kingdom of the supreme. If that is the case (I respect your judgment) it may actually be wise to find out what being human is. Oneness is a wide road, that will teach you many values which makes up humanness, for it encompasses all. For it encompasses humanness as one. And only when we embrace each other in unity instead of fear, only then we may fly higher than angels to spiritual skies we seek, as one. >>>1

Spiritual melodies of life are played out each and every day, our hearts beat may not be heard through our ears, yet it beats without a miss. Lets imagine this scene as we may, lets imagine that you sit down to play a piano, even though you may or may not know how to play the tunes, for the sake of our imagination will say that you do. And as you sit down and place your fingers on this imaginary piano, you start playing this most beautiful sound. And suddenly you notice that there are others playing their own pianos with different tunes, yet all the people playing their pianos soon realize, that the tunes can be in cooperated, thus making one grand orchestra. And the conductor is your maker, always there to govern the smooth flow of life.

The tunes that your heart plays each day must interconnect with oneness. With totality of it all. As the vibrations of your heart, will be heard, not with physical ears rather the ears of the heart of the fellow traveler. This spiritual journey we all travel in, is magical, and in life often times, negativity of unreasonableness will get the better of you, thus we learn thus we grow to understand that, doubts and fears are like relentless enemy of truth, always waiting for us to undress our hearts, waiting for us to take the gown of spirituality. Do not be caught naked, for doubts and fears are not real. (and yes I do agree that we feel them at moments, that's the vulnerability purity of heart) we all do feel that at times, yet when we simple unite; first with our hearts love potential, and then with the heart of the matter, then we are assured that doubts too shall pass. We belong only to what we seek. And in oneness of it all, there is your totality. There is your melody of life. Play it well dear spiritual companion, and know that the road that you embark on is not a single highway, it has its turn offs, that will lead you to different reason and wisdom, yet the light and the signs are so clear, it is hard to miss "that it is your heart who feels". And the journey that seems like a one way street is illusive. In a sense that the road is not a one way street at all, rather it is a round about. And on top of that; that round about has a name of its own. And it called oneness, in a circle of truth, love and compassion for all sentient beings.

And just in the center of that round about is your conductor. Making certain that we do not lose hope, or make a wrong turn, because in fact, all roads lead back to the round about. For the yearning of your inner silent voice is deep, for your most inner desires always searches for meaning and illumination. Where the beat of your heart is your drive, and the engines called your heart and your spirit, will make that eternal turn a round called = spiritual melody of life.

Spiritual prayers and meditation bring our hearts closer to love and respect and it also makes us realize that we are all angels with only one wing and only when we embrace each other in oneness we are able to fly to pure love of the universe.

Spiritual prayers are performed by billions of hearts each day, in hope that they cultivate the human heart to bring love and understanding. As we are ever so busy in our lives we tend to forget the health of our hearts from a spiritual perspective. There are different reason why people pray and meditate, one reason could be to renew hopes and dreams or one could be to become aware of spiritual enligtenment what ever the reason it serves us just like it has served mankind to date. As you know there are many beliefs and faiths yet all of them have a ritual called prayer, to bring forth love and respect for all humans.

And isn’t interesting how we all as one do similar things for attainment of spiritual understanding and contentment. As our Christian brothers or Islamic brothers or Buddhist brothers and sisters and so many other faiths and spiritual beliefs each almost certainly everyday pray or meditate. Even though we do this almost everyday, it seems that our lives can never get enough of it. As you may be aware that when an unfortunate event or dilemma happens to us, most people make a oath or a deal in a sense that they say “I will pray more from now on, or I will remember to attend my spiritual side more often” well spiritual friend, we do not need to wait for such event to take place for us to remember to attend our hearts inner health and well being.

The best time to actually pray is now, as there is no set time frame put upon our hearts to do what it feels beneficial. Yet the most potent time to pray and attend our inner self actually is in the morning to start the day fresh and sharp also focused, and another well time is at night to wind down to lift the daily weights that comes with living in modern complex societies. And anytime in between will prove to be well for any spiritual soul. Also if we create a place within our homes that we can attend meditation or prayers this is more beneficial for us, as then it becomes a habit and we are reminded by this space (as it is filled with spiritual energy imprints from previous times of prayer and meditation.

Also if we were to attend a spiritual gathering such as churches or mosque or temples this will prove to be utmost benefit as we then see spiritually minded souls with same spiritual aspirations and hopes, this also reminds us that our spirituality is a need, and allows to feel socially active and not isolated. As most of us cannot attend the spiritual gatherings as often as we should it is then advisable to create a space within your home which you can attend privately and regularly (but do not forget to go a spiritual gathering when ever you have a chance, as the spiritual energy of many hearts will be charged more potent). All your efforts towards your inner spiritual development will prove to be of benefit and worth the time put in it in a long term spiritual health.

Also for learning and expanding, it is wise to visit different forms of sacred places and gatherings, this will allows us to see, that all beliefs are in fact respectful welcoming, and there is no bad will come out from seeing and learning first hand how humans from different cultures perform their spiritual prays in a union of love of oneness. As oneness really is divine love and unity, that will bring humanity as one chain of love and will bind each heart together to allow the supreme to see us that we have accomplished our purpose to become one. This is our spiritual destination called destiny of life. And each prayer and meditation is actually the loop of oneness chain that grows ever strong.
Here at oneness spiritual community there are many social groups all around the world, and it would be of benefit if you could attend to the one near you.

Spiritual meditation and prayers melts us in to one with the Supreme Being it allows the hearts to blend and experience love first hand thus reflect it out in their day to day affairs. Perhaps we as humans cannot experience the exact ecstasy that spiritual teachers feel, yet meditation and prayers allows us to feel it even for a little while.

Meditation and prayers give us that timeless priceless jewel of comfort within our hearts knowing that we belong to the spiritual realms that our hearts connects to through meditation. In it we become whole in it we become one in it we are our true self without the disguise, as if a child standing naked with all its innocence with all fears and with all love. Fears melt love grows, the eternal seed within grows its branches high above to reach the spiritual understandings, also deep to nourish the roots of arrogance. And how simple it these states can be achieved, through meditation and prayer which can be attended anytime and anywhere, the only necessary ingredient is your heart desiring to feel.

Dear spiritual friend; know this = spiritual freedom can only be attained from stripping away layers of doubts which blur your true identity. Which is eternal spirit that yearns to find its way back home, and with every heart beat it tries to reach its destination called eternity, this is your true destiny. Respect the fact when you allow your heart to connect, as if a plug that is connected to a power point to be recharged, this is your heart charging it with love. And the way to plug it in is through prayer and meditation.

Dear beloved spiritual companion, you are loved, if in doubt simply look around, you have many people who appreciate you being in their lives, they may not say it out loud as much as they should, but they do love you, also know this = that you are the reason for what you see and feel, and my goodness didn’t the force that controls the space and time created a awe inspiring magic just for you to feel and see. (Look at the beauty of life, look at trees look at the clouds look at the unbelievable complexity of it all, look at the stars = all designed for you to see. All you need to do is just look, but not with your eyes, instead with the eyes of your heart, which can only be opened through spiritual prayers and meditation. I declare that you are now a spiritual athlete and your training is, to attend your heart through meditation and prayer.

Spiritual teachers who have giving the message of love are surely pure souls who only desire the wellness of all sentient beings. When we look upon this fact we come to realize that we as humans would be in a completely different world without their kindhearted compassion which has light the darkness called illusion. All the faiths and all the spiritual teachers have guided humans to understand one thing and that to love and realize that we as beings are here because of the love of the universe. As you know there are many different beliefs systems on earth, yet when we look upon each spiritual teaching on the menu of life with our hearts magnifying lenses, then we clearly see, it is love they have tried to reflect and teach all human beings regardless of their status or race.

It doesn’t matter which faith or spiritual belief one might have understanding of because at the end they all lead to one thing and that is the endless universal love which can only be reached in understanding of oneness. Because if you and I were to start judging as to my beliefs is wrong or my beliefs are right, then clearly this is a mistake. Because we are pure spirits who are simply here to experience life and we are not judges of any kind. To reason with this statement further lets look at the spiritual teachers of past history. Be it Jesus, be it Buddha or be it Adam or Joseph or Abraham or many others not remembered (but still had shown their hearts loving compassion to all beings) these spiritual teachers never judged any human being, they simply tried to make people understand, to lead their lives with virtues and welcomed morals. And their spiritual guidance of highest order can still be seen reflecting in the hearts of billions.

Long gone are the days when authorities tried to manipulate teachings to benefit themselves, our times are quite extraordinary as consciousness is reaching to new heights and freedom of speech is the norm. In the past history many peoples freedom of choice were suppressed all over the world, why? Simply to have power by those who somehow thought that they were the special ones. And as you know many conflicts arise causing human suffering due to illusions a human being experiences not to mention delusions, these are the result of not enough reasoning but simply judging others or self. One again we are not judges. And only with spiritual reasoning and understanding can these stains of heart can be washed away, and only when a spiritual teachers of our time realize the importance of oneness. Because it would not be wise for any human being to see or desire another human being to be in suffering, this is the law of human heart. Would we want to see our family members be it or mother, or brother or sister or cousin (who are dear to our hearts) to suffer? Obviously the human hearts law is no as this would bring painful emotions in ones heart.

Therefore it would be extremely ignorant for anyone to wish ill for another soul. After all if we allow reason and logic to have a debate within the kingdom called the mind then we will understand that we are the same fruit from the tree of life, and we are all connected as we are one family called human soul. Spiritual guidance is a guidance that allows a human heart to see its own truth, spiritual teachers do not make a human to see their truth, rather to look within and around to find and become aware that things we see are not all that it seems.

Spirituality for us is a need for many who desire the sense of belonging. Just like a turtle that is just hatched and knows to go straight to the ocean, and swims for years just to come back to the same shores it was born. And it does it without a compass, maybe the compass is built in. If we were to take a lesson from the little turtles then we too will realize that we as humans are searching to go back to where we belong, this too is built in us. The search has always been if we look at our past. Our known history has left clues for us to realize the importance our ancestors have placed on spirituality. Be it ancient Greeks or Aztecs, or the magnificent buildings that ancient Egyptians have built for their spiritual masters. If a person does not cultivate the power of heart towards compassion, how can it find its way home? As majority of us feel pure when we act upon the kindness that is within our hearts, that takes us home even for a little moment we feel joyous.
Our population is round about seven billion on earth and out of seven billion of us about over six billion of us feels that we need to feel spiritual, and I personally agree. We just tend to label our spirituality different. But at the end of the day it is personal. Yet to share same faith, same point of view seems more fruitful for many of us, thus there are religions. And many of us search a personal light personal heaven either within or outside. Know the world in yourself. Each truth you learn will be, for you, as new as if it had never been written, and the book of your life, your spirituality, will then be written with gratitude for you exist and you belong to the higher powers that you seek.
We are living in times that strive for so much, so many demands that is put before our senses, thus it rather overwhelms many of us, and we tend to shine away from the very light we seek. On the other hand we are told we need to be spiritual more so than we are. The golden rule to remember is balance, as the priests or mullahs would like to guide their flock. As we cannot all go to the mountain tops and live a life of monks, if we did, who then would grow the crops to feed us, so balance is very important.
As the universal question that has always been asked and still we ask. What and where is God. Answer to this question is a mystery as it is not proven by many who lived before or science that is advanced still leaves us with the very same question for all of us. Then we tend to feel that we are not meant to know, yet build our hearts faith, so we may follow the teachings that are on the menu. As when we are young we are absolute masters of our ships knowing exactly where and how we are going to sail in life. But as years are lived and the certainty of time being limited whispers, is this it? And we then are busier to find belonging, also some people feel this is it, this is all there is.
As the proverb says "all seed answer light, but the color is different. The plant reveals what is in the seed" we too are seeds who seek light in our own ways to reach high on spiritual skies, and wondrous is the sky, always fascinating us with its decorations, like a greatest work of magic ever assembled in one place for our eyes us here on earth, we all feel awe when we gaze the nights sky. And many of us remember as child when our loving parents have taken us to camping adventures, we see the magic as soon as one star falls quickly wishing another. The will to believe in something is within us all, most use the word faith is probably in religious content. Yet even the devout faithful sometimes wonder; why must I blindly believe. Why must I trust? Some rather begin with doubt working, climbing the ladder of wisdom. To find a spiritual path we all search and take our pick from the menu. What ever makes sense for individual then the spirituality is obtained with certainty. Everyone finds himself in the world where he belongs. The essential thing is to have a fixed point from which to check its reality now and then. Always watch and follow nature of things, most important nature itself. Those who truly understand spirituality, from all walks of life from every corner of earth will tell you it is not the difference we need to concentrate of spirituality, rather, the similarity.
We, as we grow and experience life should not believe a word without putting its truth to the test; discernment does not grow in laziness; and this faculty of discernment is indispensable to the Seeker. Sound skepticism is the necessary condition for good discernment; but piecemeal criticism is an error. And just like the turtles who hatch from and egg, and go on a journey never taken before, to only come back to the shores where it was born, turtles compass, built in a mysterious way we simply do not understand, just like the silent inner voice of our souls seeking the light to shine like a star in the spiritual skies to belong in spiritual unity and love. We seek quietly as we are spiritual beings. As the spiritual humans know that the gift of Heaven is free, this GIFT of LIFE, is so great that no effort whatever could hope to 'deserve' it. Yet it is given as a gift just to find our way back home.

Psychic intuition and doubt or ego, really do not go hand in hand thus creating conflicts and if we fall victim to not reasoning, then it wounds us depletes us, like the great armies of opposing forces, always ready to beat each other. Dear kindred soul, as you know we humans have a rich history, and dreams play an important role in our journey, it has always been the case, earliest recorded dream dates back to 1760 B.C. to ancient babylonian times contained in "epic of Gilgamesh, and mentions Ishtar and Izdubar, in this recorded dream, the king summons his seers and commands them to interpret a concerning dream. Similarly famous story in the Old Testament the Book of Daniel (2: 2-3) which mentions the King Nebuchadnezzar: "commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams.

So they came and stood before the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream and my spirit was troubled to know the dream." In the end it was Daniel, who, enlightened by the a vision sent to him by God, interpreted Nebuchadnezzar's dream, first explaining " the secret which the hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days." Daniel (2:27-28). As you can see many cultures have always taken dreams very seriously.

But what are dreams? why do we dream? the answer to that question is up to the individual, as we are in a dream state we fall in to utmost relaxation of our being, similar state can be achieved in meditation, this also might raise the question; can we dream without sleeping? well I don't really know the answer to that, all I know is we sometimes daydream,
We can all learn to analyze our dream, buy spending quite a long time to understanding the meanings and decoding it, we can have a dream diary to write them down, while it's still fresh in our mind. There is a lot of people who take dreams very seriously, and I am one of those people, and in the search engines if you just search "dreams" you will get millions of search results. Dreams are personal to us, we usually share them with family and friends. Also there are many dream analyzers online and all are eager to re dream your dream with you.
I personally believe, when we try to analyze a dream we must try to accomplish this by taking the whole dream and everything seen, heard and felt as one. example if we saw ocean in a dream, the meaning for it, is interwoven with every other detail of that particular dream, this is very important to truly get the one real meaning.
And every dream must be translated as good and pure.

Meditation

You heard about it, you might have practiced it, being here you better know what this is, you may have made it part of your daily life, it has been scientifically proven that meditation works for your well being, we are all out there trying our best to be healthy by eating well, counting calories, exercising and so on which is highly beneficiary for you, how about the the health of our soul. Our inner self our mental state. How many people do you know who looks after that department very well, we tend to say there is no time or I will look into it some other time. Please remember dear friend tomorrow is not promised to me or you, so what we do today that counts. meditation is one of the best things you can do now, to improve your well being and it doesn't cost you a dime.

Natural Instincts and Psychic Intuition

Instincts, we all have them even the animals in the animal kingdom, psychic intuition on the other hand or gut feeling some of us like to use is reserved for us humans. Imagine this for a moment that, you are out having a nature walk in the forest, and in the distance you hear roars that is loud and it stops you in your tracks, you instinctively know in that moment that is danger near by and thought process that is built in your DNA kicks in for you to either look at a place to climb or slowly without drawing the attention of the roars quietly but hurriedly walk away from that uncertain situation.

This instinct to preserve life is the result of evolution for our kind. As we have chosen to live in the big cities we are unfamiliar of the way the nature works, but if we were to travel to visit our Amazonian friends they would react different to the same situation or the Indian friend who are very familiar with living in the nature near lions. And if we further study different living systems of humans we will realize that American Indian tribes have even learned to live side by side with wild wolves. As wolves are territorial animals they usually stand their ground and protect their territories, but their instinct of American Indians are well respected I guess, as these natives were highly spiritual in nature also their psychic intuitions were high on the ladder of understanding of the nature that they lived in.

There are countless documentaries on animal kingdom from the tropics to icy places like the Antarctica, human kind has and is still studying animals and their instincts. But this subject (animal and instinct) is very wide to cover here, so we can say that our instincts are a defense mechanism, warnings and signals to our nervous system that triggers call to action, to safe guard our lively hood. It’s our conscious and unconscious mind at work to protect our physical mental emotional psychic.

Psychic intuition on the other hand is somewhat different when it comes to instincts; it is about protecting, understanding ourselves to rather thrive in life. We can consciously come up with meanings about intuition through the flow of information of experiences of our lives and the subconscious knowledge that governs our lives on different levels. This scared and psychic intuition has always been with us to guide us to our true state which is to feel, strong joyous emotions, to complete us to a degree to say; I am - I exist.
