That's a good point, and though I'm an atheist, but I'd still like to weigh in on your question. I think that it is possible for somebody to believe that, but still be tolerant of other religions. They may believe that you are not going to heaven, but they don't have to do anything about it. Just my two cents, I'm not quite sure how others feel about it.
