Dealing With Negative Ego Neighbors And PeopleThe
focus of this article is how to effectively deal with people and neighbors who
are dominated by the negative ego.
To
begin, it must be understood that when life is looked at from the perspective
of the soul, everything is seen as a lesson, challenge and spiritual test.
Every interaction is seen as an opportunity to respond from a Christ
Consciousness attitude rather then a negative ego attitude, to respond from
unconditional love, rather than fear and attack, to choose oneness with God
rather than separation from God, to choose forgiveness instead of grudges.

| | | | Forgiveness: Healing the Human Heart of Pain
It's not surprising to see both Hindus and Muslims praying at the dargah of the thirteenth century sufi, Shaikh Nizamuddin Aulia (1244-1325), in New Delhi. A refugee who had sought shelter here along with his parents, when Bukhara was subjected to repeated Mongol invasions, Nizamuddin never went back to the Central Asian Republic. Living here amongst the common people, he stressed that a mystic should transcend all barriers of religion, race and language in dealing with human beings.

| | | | Forgiveness: Forgiveness Is A VirtueJains feel that the values like love, joy and peace can be achieved only through caring for others, understanding the pain of others and reaching out to other human beings. Anger, confusion, egoism and intolerance cause harm to one's self and to the 'other'. But the negative energies suffocate, choke, distress and disturb. Love should not be in the form of words alone. It should reach out to people who need peace, mercy, joy, comfort, sympathy, food, clothing and medicines. This is love in its active, not passive manifestation, but true love is forgiveness for self sake. Read more here: » Jainism: Forgiveness Is A Virtue |

| | | | | Forgiveness: Healing the Shadow and
the Mirror of RelationshipWhatever else you say about emotions and
feelings, you have to admit that you just "wouldn't be your self"
(little 's') without your own, familiar feelings. That's why we think we're
going crazy or becoming "possessed" when unfamiliar or "out of
character" emotions or reactions show up in our lives. However, there is
another, more positive way to look at these disturbing occurrences. Remember
that anything that feels like it isn't "you" must be a part of your
shadow, and when parts of your shadow start to show up in your
"self's" experience, this is HEALING.

| | | | Forgiveness: How To Oust Anger From Our Lives
Most of us experience anger in some form or other almost every day. Anger is a negative emotion; it can cause violence, it can ruin relationships, it can lead to serious illnesses and it is known to kill. Yet, few make the effort to try and overcome this emotion. So anger continues to affect millions worldwide. As children, we are taught to contain anger. An angry child is asked to be quiet. This is the conventional approach. As a result, the anger is suppressed.

| | | | Forgiveness: Getting A Restful Night's Sleep
Make it a habit to read something uplifting and inspiring every evening, even if it is for only a few minutes. Your "state of mind" determines how well you rest, and to what dimensional level you will journey during your sleep time. After you are in bed and just before falling asleep, take a few minutes to review your day. No judgements or recriminations - just be an observer!

| | | | Forgiveness: Compassion and Peace Go Hand in Hand
Buddhism advocates tolerance - to accept that there are differences in human experiences; that diversity is part of life, whether in experiences, cultural backgrounds or religions/faiths. Buddhism is the religion of compassion, mercy and forgiveness for all life forms. It does not preach the superiority of its belief systems over those of other religions, nor does it believe in any sort of hierarchical ordering of faith systems; it does not discriminate against anyone, least of all on account of faith or belief. The recognition and embracement of diversity and pluralism and the resulting absence of any coercive or violent means for proselytising is the very essence of the humanism of Buddhism.

| | | | Forgiveness: Hindu view on violenceHinduism and Violence: Hindu view
on violence
The Bhagavad gita, which is considered to be very sacred by the
Hindus, equate anger (krodh), pride (mad), arrogance (darp), cruelty (kruratv),
slaying the enemies (satru hatya), hatred (dhvesh), as demonical qualities
(asura pravritti), in contrast to the divine qualities (daiva pravritti), which
are harmlessness (ahimsa), absence of anger (akrodha), peace (santi),
compassion (daya), forgiveness (kshama) and absence of malice (adhroho). From
this description it becomes clear that Hinduism does not support violence,
especially when it is perpetrated for selfish or egoistic reasons.

| | | | Forgiveness: Dharma
in Hinduism - The Hindu DharmaWhat is Dharma? Dharma is so called, because it holds;
Dharma alone holds the people, etc. The word Dharma is
derived from the root Dhr - to hold - and
its etymological meaning is - that which holds - this world, or
the people of the world, or the whole creation from the microcosm to the
macrocosm.
Dharma is generally defined as - righteousness - or -
duty. - Dharma is the principle of righteousness. It is the principle of
holiness. It is also the principle of unity.

| | | | Forgiveness: Clearing the Path for prayersOne of the first goals in Huna practice is
becoming the kind of person whose prayers are answered. In the process of Huna
prayer, you carefully form the thought forms you want to manifest. After you
have a clear picture in your mind of what you want, you build up a surcharge of
mana, do the Ha Ritual and send the seeds (thought forms) along your aka cords
to the lower self. The lower self carries these on the aka cords to the high
self and Aumakua.

| | | | Forgiveness: Make The Most Of Your Life
We have our ups and downs, successes and failures, elations and disappointments. Nothing is certain but change. Winners turn losers and vice versa, for that is the law of nature. Impermanence is a permanent feature of life. The best way to deal with the transiency is to learn to maximise our spiritual quotient. Many of us know of Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People where he elaborates on habits we need to acquire in order to be effective. Twenty virtues have been elaborated by Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita.

Heaven and Hell - Places or States of Mind? Would it surprise you to hear that there are many people
who would prefer NOT to believe in an afterlife? For many, the prospect of what
they may face after death can be quite horrifying. "When you're dead,
you're dead" is a way of looking at life grounded totally in the physical
world and its body, but for many, this concept of life and death offers great
comfort. This is because believing this way allows the individual to do
whatever he or she wishes to whomever he or she wishes without having to worry
about "paying the price" at some later time, in some other realm of
life.

| | | | | Forgiveness: The
chakras and channels of energyChakra
- Chakras: The
chakras and channels of energy
Inside every human being there is a network of nerves and sensory
organs that interprets the outside physical world. At the same time, within us
resides a subtle system of channels (nadis) and centers of energy
(chakras) which look after our physical, intellectual, emotional and
spiritual being.
Each of the seven chakras has several spiritual qualities. These
qualities are intact within us, and even though they might not always be
manifest, they can never be destroyed. When the Kundalini is awakened, these
qualities start manifesting spontaneously and express themselves in our life.

| | | | | Forgiveness: A message to the world from the Mayan Elders about the coming Venus Transit A message about the forthcoming Venus Transit from the Mayan Elders thru Carlos Barrios, a Mayan Ajq'ij that has been given the mission by his elders to begin sharing the prophecies and teachings of the Mayan peoples with the rest of the world.
“Now that we are at the gates of a New Path of Venus over the Face of the Sun
on June 7-8 2004, the least we can do is expecting a new change in the outcome
of humanity. Death is knocking at our doors. The drums of war can be heard. Intransigence, the destruction of our Mother Earth, pollution, new diseases, the resurging of old plagues, global warming, the fear of world conflict, intolerance and fundamentalism in any of its manifestations, negligence, apathy, the confusion or worst still the extreme estrangement of drug abuse. --- While reason and logic tell us that we have to stop all this madness, we are living in the age of prophecies, and the responsibility of balancing things is ours. There
is no more time to play; it is know time to act. --- The great guardian brings the energy of a new beginning, the beginning of a new era.”
It sounds like a pessimistic prophecy but can be compared to what the Indian Avatar Sri Kalkis view. Kalki says that the Venus Transit of June 2004 is the start of the Golden Age, but he is also saying:
“Humanity is entering the most crucial phase of its existence. The coming decade shall witness the most unprecedented and undreamt of changes in the course of its long evolution. There is nothing much humanity could do about it, other than to understand the changes occurring around it and to flow with the changes that are overpowering it. Towards the end, humanity would enter a new age, The Golden Age. The transition will be a painful process. Only those whose relationships are in order would make it easily.”

| | | | Forgiveness: Lord’s Prayer: Common Prayer For Uncommon Wisdom
The Lord’s Prayer ("Our Father Who Art in Heaven...") is the best known and most popular prayer of Christians. Jesus taught his disciples this prayer when they asked him how to pray. Analysing The Lord’s Prayer, Gerhard Ebeling says that " Abba father", the words Jesus used to call on God, signify "My father" or "our father", which is an invocation we can use when all words fail, when we become speechless. We can approach God in the familiar confident way a child approaches a loving parent.
