While most countries use frequencies ending in .1, .3, .5, .7, or .9, some use .0, .2, .4, .6, and .8. Still others use .15, .35, .55, .75, .95, or .05, .25, .45, .65, .85 instead. A Geneva conference of 1984-12-07 resolved to discontinue the use of 50 kHz offsets throughout Europe[1].
