Spirituality Dictionary on Alien
Alien An intelligent extraterrestrial being; of extraterrestrial origin; non-human. A visitor from another planet, another world or dimension. Eyewitnesses report a number of different types of alien creatures; in fact, they vary in almost every imaginable way. These reports have been around for centuries, but the number of sightings have increase dramatically since the first flying saucers were seen in the late 1940's. And the aliens come in a baffling variety of shapes and sizes. Surprisingly, however, the aliens themselves are not so very different from human beings - most have two arms, two legs, and one head. For this reason some ufologists doubt their existence: surely, they say, visitors from outer space would not look so much like ourselves. The late Carl Sagan , astronomer and author of ' The Cosmic Connection: An Extraterrestrial Perspective ', believes that the aliens sighted were "stodgy in their unimaginativeness" and were hence the inhabitants of human minds, not extraterrestrial spaceships. But whatever the experts may say, close encounters of the third kind continue to be reported till this day. See alien abductions, alien autopsy, men in black, UFO, area 51, flying saucer, grays.

Spirituality Dictionary on Unidentified Flying Object (UFO)
Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) Unidentified flying objector spacecraft with no known human-made origin; thought to be piloted by intelligent beings from outer space or another dimension; flying saucer. The term is used generally for all reported sightings of unidentified objects in the sky. More specifically, the term UFO refers to allegedly sighted “flying saucers” or other alien spacecraft. UFO beliefs can range between innocuous speculation that extraterrestrial beings may have visited Earth to quasi-religious devotion to the alleged presence and teachings of aliens. Often these beings are believed to be non-physical (spiritual) entities who are communicating telepathically (psychically) with contactees.

Raelian
Raelian Raelians are members of a UFO group that follow Claude Vorilhon, a Frenchman who calls himself Rael. He claims that on December 13, 1973, he was in a volcano near Clermont-Ferrand, France, when he saw a UFO. He says a radiant being emerged and entrusted him with a message revealing the true origin of mankind. They told him that henceforth he would be known as Rael, which means "messenger. " His followers consider him to be "the prophet of the third millennium. " Rael expects is followers to support him. A 10% tithe is the norm. His followers believe he was taken to the planet of the Elohim in a flying saucer in 1975, where he was introduced to noted spiritual teachers of Earth, such as Jesus, Buddha, Joseph Smith and Confucius. The Elohim, small human-shaped beings with pale green skin and almond eyes, were apparently the original inspiration for the Judeo-Christian God. They informed Vorilhon that he is the final prophet - sent to relay a message of peace and sensual meditation to humankind under his new name of Rael - before the Elohim will return to Jerusalem in 2025. Rael claims that the human race was created from the DNA of aliens some 25,000 years ago. (In fact, all life on earth was created in alien laboratories. ) Among other things, Rael has also learned that cloning is the way to immortality and there is no God or soul. According to Rael, our alien creators want us to be beautiful and sexy and enjoy a sensuous life, free from the restrictions of traditional Judeo-Christian morality. The Raelian headquarters are in Montreal but the group is international and claims to have some 50,000 members in 85 countries.

UFOLOGY
UFOLOGY Nicholas Roerich (Altai Himalaya) reported seeing a shining oval speeding across the sky over his expedition camp in Mongolia -- 9:30 a.m., August 5, 1920. Metallic disks were observed in the mountains of Tibet in 1924. During WWII "Foo Fighters" were reported as surrounding aircraft on both sides and described as "small, remote-controlled eyes." But most "modern" reports of "flying saucers," as such, began on June 24, 1947, when Kenneth Arnold observed nine "unidentified aerial objects" flying in V-formation over Mt. Rainier. They were followed by many sightings elsewhere over the month of July. Corpses from a crash in New Mexico, comprise the "Roswell Incident." At that time Uranus (planet of "the skies") occupied 22º of Gemini, an air sign. In 2001, Uranus will again occupy 22º of an air sign, Aquarius (which is the natural rulership of the planet). ET biological entities are said to have been guests of the U.S. Government in an "exchange program" since 1948. The mythological aspect (apart from their possible "reality"), according to Jung, represents the collective 20th Century's social restlessness. But ufos also have undisputed existence in other respects. Bob Swigart's theory of cetacean projection is worth considering. And, according to Steiger, ufos are interdimensional gateways rather than space ships. According to Vall‚e, they and their etherian passengers have always been a part of our pedagogical history, but masked as mythic, religious or legendary events. And Jack Parsons, the Pasadena wizard, felt that they were an "engine" cited in The Book of the Law for converting the world to Crowley's teachings. Other theories (some of which have been discussed at greater length in Brad Steiger's Alien Meetings) are quite fascinating in themselves. They may be a "planetary poltergeist phenomenon" (similar to John Keel's "Superspectrum") based on some as yet unknown law activated by the unconscious mind capable of reflecting or imitating human intelligence. Then there is Michael Talbot's "Protean Psychoid" theory -- they change in conformity to what is fashionable to believe and to the psychological state of the observer. Finally, there is Vall‚e's now famous idea that the ufonauts are teachers and the ufos are pedagogical devices to train the human mind. Ufos tend to be seen between the 21st and the 24th of the month, and the most favorite month is July. Many believe them to derive from Zeta Reticuli.

In response to this, the robot Gort activates and makes all weapons evaporate, without obvious harm to the soldiers present. Klaatu is taken to Walter Reed Hospital, where he qu ...

 | | | Flying Saucer Dictionary: Dream WorksIn the stillness of the night, when not a sound breaks the hushed silence, they timorously creep into your mind. Fragile, flittering formsoften more real than realityseek you out from the deepest abyss of your soul and open for you a vista of visionsnonsensical, terrifying, fantasticand sometimes, just sometimes, hauntingly beautiful. You wake up with a lump in your throat that threatens to cascade down your eyes, a lingering nostalgia for something near, yet eternity away. But weren't you closer to believing, even then, that somewhere, all that you saw was real; that, beyond the tangible truth of ticking time, you had lived one moment of timeless infinity? Perhaps that's the secret. The chance to glimpse beyond. Why else should we take a dream, those phantasms of the chaotic unconscious, so seriously? Read more here: » Meaning of Dreams: Dream Works |

Another important recent development concerns attempts to read the text on a paper held by Gen. Ramey in a photo taken with Col. Dubose and the displayed balloon debris photo above. A Roswell investigator named David Rudiak, as well as some other examiners of the message, claim to have identifie ...
