Examination dreams : Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Exam dreams - "I Failed The Test"
Exam dreams - "I Failed The Test" To dream that you are taking an exam, indicates that you are being put to the test or being scrutinized in some way. Such dreams highlight your feelings of being anxious and agitated. You may find that you cannot answer any of the questions on the test or that the test is in some foreign language. Is time running out and you find that you can not complete the exam in the allowed time? Or are you late to the exam? Does your pencil keep breaking during the exam? Such factors contribute to you failing this test. These dreams usually have to do with your self-esteem and confidence or your lack of. You are worried that you are not making the grade and measuring up to other people's expectations of you. You may also experience the fear of not being accepted, not being prepared, or not being good enough. You feel nervous, insecure and tend to believe the worst about yourself. These dreams also suggest that you may feel unprepared for a challenge. Rarely, are these dreams about the content of the test, but rather the process and how you are feeling during the exam taking process. Generally, you feel distressed and frustrated. These feelings may parallel how you are feeling in a particular challenge or situation in your waking like. Dreams of this nature are also an indication that you are being judged and this dream is a signal for you to examine an aspect of yourself that you may have been neglecting and need to pay attention to. You may harbor some guilt because of your neglect in preparation for a school exam, meeting, business project, or some challenge. Most of the time, though, people who have such dreams are unlikely to fail a test in real life. This dream goes back to their fear and own anxiety that they may not meet other's standards of them. They are afraid to let others down. Source: http://dreammoods.com

Dictionary - Skin
Skin 1. The meaning of a dream of human skin varies with its condition. If you dream of smooth, beautiful, healthy skin, it foreshadows romantic happiness. If you dream of blotchy or pimply skin, however, it indicates romantic trouble ahead. Peeling skin represents a sloughing off of the old in order to make way for the new. 2. Animal skins are a symbol of death, colored by the nature of the animal. For instance, rabbits represent fear, and if you dream of a rabbit skin that indicates that some of your fears are going to disappear. Dreaming of an ox, however, indicates a loss of strength and stamina. To dream of a coat or stole made of animal skins is a symbol of exploiting the vulnerable for the sake of one’s own gain.

Nor does she know how.
Who is the Warrior? The Warrior
is powerful, independent, self-reliant and successful --because she has to be.

Dictionary - Dark, Darkness
Dark, Darkness 1. The ancients found the darkness a source of great fear, and so dreaming of darkness could be calling your attention to a fear you have that needs to be dealt with. 2. Darkness also hides one’s surroundings, and so darkness in a dream could indicate that you are “in the dark” about something, and need to find the truth. If you walk through the darkness into the light, this is showing you that you will indeed find the truth, and success will come your way. 3. If a storm causes a bright day to suddenly turn into darkness, this is a warning not to get too complacent with your present circumstances, and to save for “a rainy day.”

Dream FAQ
Dictionary: What causes nightmares?
What causes nightmares? A. There is the dark side of dreams - nightmares, dreams of fear, pain, irrational bad feelings that often cannot be explained. Thesecan become a serious problem when you often wake up terrified, whenyou even don't sleep because of fear of nightmares... Nightmares occurmostly because some problem disturbs you unconsciously butseriously. Some nightmares carry obvious symbols that may indicatewhere your problems are, but often it is not that easy. Sometimes theycan indicate really serious problems like depressions, sometimes justan inadequacy of getting along with yourself. It's difficult. How can I relieve myself of nightmares? A. It's really hard to give an answer, since so much depends onyourself. Moreover, it's always risky to give or follow advice on whatcould be a serious problem from far away, and it's ultimately you whohas to decide whether it is just a nuisance you want to get rid of, orif you really suffer from depressions or health problems and it isnecessary to consult professional help. The common "light" nightmares of permanently missing exams, falling orbeing chased can often be overcome with learning lucid dreaming (seesection 6). Basically, if you learn to deal with them, they are not aproblem anymore. Or, from a slightly different point of view, you'refacing the problems that cause your dreams and thus overcoming them. | | | | | Fear: Proofs For The Existence Of Previous
BirthsA new-born child
manifests marks of joy, fear and grief. This is inexplicable unless we suppose
that the child, perceiving certain things in this life, remembers the
corresponding things of the past life. The things which used to excite joy,
fear and grief in the past life, continue to do so in this life. The memory of
the past proves the previous birth, as well as the existence of the soul.

The Principles and Practices of Tantric YogaSacred Sexuality:
The Principles and Practices of Tantric Yoga
We are in a season of
accelerated personal and global awakening, a season that calls us to be
clear about our values, our priorities, our soul purpose for this incarnation,
and fundamentally, to be clear about our self-identity. But as metaphysics and
mysticism go mainstream, great discernment is called for lest we bring along
our old separate, fear-based self-identities that manifest the illusion of all
lack and limitation.

Dictionary - Castration
Dream
Interpretation Castration
It is a very disturbing dream for any man, and more likely it relates to impotence or fear of it, or anxiety that he might not be able to satisfy a particular woman. The dream might also refer to a fear that someone wants to emasculate you not necessarily in a sexual content. For a woman a dream of castrating a man expresses very powerful emotions. It usually reflects her desire to posses and subdue her partner and feel superior.

| | | | Fear: Teaching Meditation to Children
Most people are curious about a child's ability to meditate. Many adults can't seem to find the time nor have the patience, so people wonder how could a child sit still long enough to meditate? Remarkably, children love to meditate. Meditation allows children to use their creative imagination without limitation. As a former schoolteacher and certified hypnotherapist, I've been working with children since 1991 and currently teach meditation techniques to children.

Dictionary - Hand
Hand: 1. A hand that is open and pointing towards the sky is giving the "Fear not!" gesture of ancient times. Therefore, if you see this symbol, whether the hand is of a person or is totally disembodied, something that you're afraid of is actually nothing to fear. 2. Beautiful, well-kept hands indicate satisfaction in life, while dirty hands indicate some kind of "mess" in your life that needs to be "cleaned up." 3. Hands that are working diligently indicate success and good fortune through the dreamer's own efforts. 4. Hands that caress the dreamer or someone else in the dream, including a pet, imply happiness in love, while hands that are waving in farewell indicate temporary separations. 5. Tied hands imply obstacles in attaining one's goals, while shaking hands imply either a new friend or a reunion with an old one. 6. Injured or bandaged hands indicates delays in attaining one's goals; look to other symbols in the dream to discern how these delays can be subverted, or, if they're inevitable, how best the time during the delays can be spent.
