| ARTICLES RELATED TO Fear | | | | Fear: Awakening the Crystal Children - Becoming Crystalline
Lee Carroll and Jan Tober are the authors of the Indigo Children books and are wonderful people and personal friends. Lee and I have discussed this point. He and Jan say that the Crystal Children are a sub-set of the Indigo children, whereas the Group says they are markedly different. The word Indigo comes from Nancy Tappe who sees energy fields in a very unusual way. They use this word to talk about all the new children entering the Earth including Star children, Psychic children and more.

| | | | Fear:
Buddhist - Buddhism Dictionary on Attachment
Attachment In the Four Noble truths, Buddha Shakyamuni taught that attachment to self is the root cause of suffering: - From craving (attachment) springs grief,
- from craving springs fear;
- For him who is wholly free from craving, there is no grief, much less fear. (Dhammapada Sutra. In Narada Maha Thera, The Buddha and His Teachings.)
If you don't have attachments, naturally you're liberated ... In ancient times, there was an old cultivator who asked for instructions from a monk, "Great Monk, let me ask you, how can I attain liberation?" The Great monk said, "Who tied you up?" This old cultivator answered, "Nobody tied me up." The monk said, "Then why do you seek liberation?" (Hsuan Hua, tr., Flower Adornment Sutra, "Pure Conduct," chap. 11.) For the seasoned practitioner, even the Dharma must not become an attachment. As an analogy, to clean one's shirt, it is necessary to use soap. However, if the soap is not then rinsed out, the garment will not be truly clean. Similarly, the practitioner's mind will not be fully liberated until he severs attachment to everything, including the Dharma itself.

| | | | | | Fear: The Doorway To FreedomEnlightenment cannot enter through a closed
door. Forgiveness is the doorway to enlightenment or love consciousness, for
without completing forgiveness you cannot move on. It will always be the anchor
that holds you back. Sooner or later you must do it for your own sake.
"Unforgiveness" is a poison in your system that will rob you of your
spiritual life. If you hate one soul you will never be able to love another
completely. The poison in your system will pollute your experience of love with
everyone and everything in life.

| | | | Fear: Everyday Metaphysics
We all live metaphysical lives, whether we are aware of it or not. What we desire becomes manifest in our lives. What we fear becomes manifest in our lives. When these things happen, we are experiencing the Law of Attraction (sometimes called the Law of Resonance.) The Law of Attraction states that we create (co-create with God) in our lives that which we focus on. The vibration sent out to the Universe of what we fear or desire or believe attracts to us things that resonate with our fears, desires and beliefs. Our lives are always in sync with exactly what we believe about our lives.

| | | | Fear: Get ready for the Crystal Kids
We hear about the new children and how they are changing our world. The Indigo children are here making a difference now, but what's next? For the past seven years Steve Rother has been receiving divinely inspired information from a collective of angels simply known as "the Group." He and his partner Barbara have presented this information to delegations at the United Nations on two continents on five separate occasions. In 1997 the Group spoke of the Crystal children as possibilities in human evolution. In spite of what we see on the news, the Group says that we are moving forward rapidly. As a result, the Crystal children are no longer a possibility, now they are a reality.

| | | | | Fear: Heal
Yourself With Emotional FreedomCan we choose to be joyful, free of fear
and worry? Can we remain unaffected by circumstances? And what about letting go
of deeply inflicted hurt and pain? Would that not mean cheaply letting off the
hook someone who deserves to be punished? Can we choose our emotional states?
Emotional Freedom
Techniques (EFT), a radical and quick-acting proclaims that Òall negative
emotions are caused by a disruption in the bodyÕs energy systemÓ. If this
disruption is removed, the physical or emotional pain magically disappears.

| | | | Fear: Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening
In my own spiritual transition to the Awakened state, I suffered and endured many of these changes. Annarita has thoroughly documented many of the symptoms and changes inherent in both the Awakening and the transition into the Octarine stage of Indigo life. Your mileage may vary. And if you find yourself really feeling out of whack, go see your doctor. It is better that you find you're basically OK than to permit a possible major disease like diabetes or heart disease to develop under your nose. As always, common sense, good grounding and a good sense of humor are your best tools for coping. See you on the Other Side!

| | | | Fear: Dream Interpretation
- Running
Running Running is a traditional symbol of health and vitality in addition to being a means of fleeing potential danger. Thus running could be considered a dream of virility, as well as fear. Usually, in a dream of running in which fear is the dominant emotion, you will find that you can either run all night and successfully escape the danger (albeit with a serious emotional drain), or you find that you continue to falter and stumble, making the object of your fear even more terrifying. In the latter case, try to relate the dream situation to a situation in your life where you are feeling incredible pressure. Sometimes a simple change of perception can solve the problem.

| | | | Fear: Staying in the light
White light is the mind's symbol of all things great and creative. Light is the source of life, it creates life and maintains life. White light is a symbolic interpretation of God and love. It also represents purity and healing. It is believed that imagining white light within us, radiating out from us, and being connected to us, will instruct the mind to be aligned with love, life, healing and creation. By being still and visualising white light, we are able to activate our own emotions to generate love and lightness. This again gets back to what we think and feel. Which in turn attracts us to that, which is compatible or similar.

| | | | Fear: Mind
Your Emotions, Heal Your BodyLet us
learn to manage our emotions. All negative thoughts are caused by a disruption
in the body's energy system. By learning a simple routine of tapping certain
parts of our face and hands, the end points of energy meridians, these
disruptions can be fixed - often within minutes.
With
awareness, we can lift ourselves out of irritation, restlessness, anxiety, fear
and more. We can equally let go of long-term hurts and bitterness. We can
manage stress, which needlessly saps our energy. We can also heal physical
aches and pains with the same tool.

| | | | Fear: The End Of Marriage As We Know ItSomething
seems to be seriously wrong with marriage.
During
the past 50 years, the rate of divorce in the United States has exploded out of
control to its current level of about 50 percent, and it shows no signs of
letting up. That is a very sobering trend and statistic. I recently contributed
to that number, and it doesn't feel so good, especially when there are innocent
children involved. Some people have contributed more than once. Most of them
probably feel worse than I do, and wonder where it all went wrong.

| | | | Fear: Departing Or Death Bed Visions FAQWHAT
IS A DEPARTING VISION (OFTEN CALLED A DEATHBED VISION)?
Most
Hospice workers are very familiar with departing or deathbed visions, but
sometimes these experiences are difficult to put into words. A deathbed vision
or Death Bed Vision is a powerful, comforting experience the dying and their
family members often encounter just before death occurs. The dying will report
visions of angels, deceased loved ones or religious figures moments, hours,
days or even weeks before actual death takes place. These visions typically
lessen the fear of dying and make passing an easier transition for all
concerned.

- Dragon
Dragon This large, mystical creature may represent large and mystical forces inside of you. In the Far-East it is believed that the dragons are spiritual creatures that navigate through the air and through the sky. In the West, dragons are considered to be dangerous creatures that need to be destroyed. As far as dream symbols go, the dragon may represent the enormous power in your unconscious. It could symbolize repressed unconscious material, including fear. However, the dragon in our dreams is generally a positive symbol. It may represent a period of time when the dreamer will confront his fears and empower himself to effectively cope with negative emotions, extreme materialism, and be able to obtain greater inner and outer freedom.
